      It's a plug in wall charger for the "Spotlight" flashlight using a "cigarette lighter" receptacle that fits the light without the padding adaptor.

      It works. Not much more to say.

      I generally use this type of small light in the macro studio where regular lights won't fit. It helps that they're quite inexpensive.
