The Nikon Leather Body Case Set for Nikon 1 J1 Camera with 10-30mm Lens (Pink) is a set of 2 protective leather cases designed specifically for the Nikon 1 J1 mirrorless digital camera with a 1 Nikkor 10-30 mm Zoom Lens attached. The J1 is a compact, interchangeable lens camera. It slides into the smaller of these 2 leather cases like a cup sliding into a cup-holder. This case only covers the bottom, sides and part of the front of the camera body. The case has a 1/4" threaded screw in the bottom, which fits into the camera's 1/4" tripod socket for mounting. The larger second case covers the rest of the front of the camera, fitting over and around the lens and over the top of the J1.
- Designed specifically for the Nikon 1 J1 mirrorless digital camera with a 1 Nikkor 10-30 mm Zoom Lens attached
- Smaller case only covers the bottom, sides and part of the front of the camera body, while the larger case covers the lens, the rest of the front, and the top
- Has a 1/4" threaded screw in the bottom, which fits into the camera's 1/4" tripod socket for mounting

I bought the Nikon J2 specifically to keep in my purse and take with me everywhere. This case really makes it easy to take the camera along and use it in a jiffy rather than wrestling with a separate bag or case. The front of the case unsnaps and folds down quickly to allow me to grab the shots I want. The case offers nice protection for the camera as well.
