The PT-VX400U 3 LCD Projector from Panasonic is flexible and powerful enough to thrive in a variety of working conditions. With a brightness of 4000 lumens and a contrast ratio of 2000:1, the PT-VX400U uses a lamp that has a 5000-hour replacement cycle and an original 3-layer air filter with a 6000-hour filter replacement cycle, and labor and expenses typically attributed to periodic maintenance are greatly reduced. It has a resolution of 1024 x 768 that is complemented by an increased functionality and a variety of features.

A good projector overall, but having used PT-AE4000, I was expecting better from Panasonic and their 3LCD technology. PT-VX400 has very noticeable screen door effect, which was nearly nonexistent with PT-AE4000. No tests pattern available.
