The Omni-Bounce OM-RQ from Sto-Fen for the Sunpak RD2000, Quantaray XLF-50, and Fuji EF-20 speedlights creates a diffused bare bulb effect, providing even coverage across the entire picture. It is recommended for use with lenses from 15mm to 200mm in the 35mm format, but will work with other formats. The Omni-Bounce is easy to use and goes onto and off of your flash in seconds with custom fitting, and no touch-tabs. It is quite durable and it is small enough to fit easily into your gadget bag or pocket.

I bought this diffuser and the EF20 flash at the same time. The diffuser doesn't lock securely to the flash, but I used velcro to make it absolutely secure since I leave it on the flash all the time. I also velcro a small white reflector (made from plactic juice jug and black fun foam) to the back of the flash which aims some directional reflected/diffused light to the front. Mounted on my Fuji X-10 pointed directly toward the ceiling, it provides great fill light for closeup portrait work. I get nice butterfly lighting with this setup.
