The Unleashed D200+ Bluetooth Module by Foolography is a wireless Bluetooth module that allows you to geotag your photographs without the need to tether to GPS receivers. This compact, lightweight device sits directly on the camera and is easily configured to any modern Bluetooth GPS receiver. The module automatically receives the GPS data and embeds it onto images immediately; no additional steps are required at the computer.
The Unleashed D200+ is compatible with Nikon D200, D300, D300s, D700, D2X, D2Xs, D2Hs, D3, D3X, D3s and Fuji S5 Pro digital cameras and the Canon RS-60E wired remote release.

This module is great... easy to use. Only problem is that the module pops out of the D700's 10-pin connection. Almost lost it twice and my colleague did lose his... noticed it missing 100 miles down the road. Workaround is to hot glue a loop of nylon line to the housing and hook it around the neck strap.

I have one of these on my D200 and the model for the D90. They are wonderful. In the past I have had cables to use with a mapping GPS and after a while, they always became damaged due to yanking of the cables. This just works. I use it with a Holux M-241 and just turn it on and don't think about it. Oliver Perialis is the man behind the product and has produced a wonderful unit. I am happy that B&H now carries them as I purchased mine directly from foolography and had to deal with shipping and exchange rates.
