poorly made, needs better tolerances at manufacture. mine cracked within a couple weeks under normal use, eventually hard plastic portion of case cracked so badly i had to throw it away, find a different case.

It's close but no cigar. I have accidentally dropped my phone a couple times since putting this case on and it holds up nicely. However, the case doesn't fit as snugly as I think it's supposed to. I'm going to contact Otter Box about the issue.
