So far (2 wks) it's a grate product. I must say that I was concerned by the reviews that mention the SD card will just pop up by itself. After reading this kind of problem with almost all brands (not only Pelican) I decided to go with this brand.
My cards don't pop-up. Sure I don't play soccer with the case, but getting the same usual shock as my DSLR camera bag they all stay in.
I believe it depends how you insert them. Here is the way I found it works best:
1) I enter first one of the longest edges of the card as low as possible into the foam space (making an angle of 45 degree between the card and the foam)
2) then I push **gently** from the other side (the opposite longest edge that's free). I push in the direction of the card's plan to avoid bending it !
3) keeping this **gentle pressure** I lower the other long edge of the card until it gets easy to the bottom of the foam cut, then I release the pressure (the 45 degree will lower from 45 to 0 when the card is fully inserted)
4) when fully inserted the card will be inside the foam, at the bottom of it's specific cut and will get a small pressure from the foam on each of the 2 longest edges.
If it's as low at possible in it's foam cut, will stay there :-)
Now about opening the case: It's just perfect, not difficult at all for my fingers and it makes me confident that will not open by itself.
In short I'm very pleased with my box.

But the foam core is horrible. the cards fit OK in some of the slots, but most of them are so dis-formed that the cards are hard to get in to the shape or they just pop out, once you place them in. I can't afford to to open a tough case and have the cards all fly out since they're not secure in the foam insert. Gepe has rubber inserts that have kept the cards in place securely and easy to get in and out. Just wish they made a bigger one like this one is.

Works great so far. I'm just not the biggest of the foam insert. I prefer the rubber one.

Comments about Pelican 0915 Memory Card Case:
I haven't had a chance to take this out into any tough conditions yet but I have put my cards into it, I use SDHC cards. They fit snugly and tightly and the case is built solidly and is clearly durable, it is also small and easy to fit into just about anything. Before I got the case I imagined being able to fit the SDHC cards into it with the little plastic case they come in, however this is not the case and is worth keeping in mind. Also the memory cards should be stored in a way that you don't touch the contacts when popping them out of their spot. I don't know how detrimental touching the contacts on the card is but it can't lead to anything good.

Comments about Pelican 0915 Memory Card Case:
The quality and functionality of the case is, of course, excellent.
But, ultimately I went with another case because of my personal preference to having a case that would fit both SD and CF cards.
However, if I were looking for a case solely to fit SD cards, I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I love the way the memory cards fit into the case, it has a very sleek design that doesn't take up much room in my bag. I have Two different cameras that take different cards, it also holds thr bigger cards just not in the slots. The case has a great seal, and it is very durable. I would defiantly recommend this case.

Comments about Pelican 0915 Memory Card Case:
Typical Pelican product. Strong, light, and secure. This product may be over built for the purpose but I love pelican products and think this one will fit right in with my other cases. Contrary to what others have said the cards do not come loose if seated properly. I put some cards in and repeatedly threw the case up in the air and let in land on a carpeted floor. None of the cards came out of the slots. I believe the secret is to wedge them in tightly. Insert one edge in first at an angle and then apply pressure at that angle while pushing the other edge of the card down into its cradle.

Comments about Pelican 0915 Memory Card Case:
Case is tight and seems to be waterproof when closed/snapped.
The memory cards only fit in the case if they are removed from the protective plastic cases they come in.
Opening the case exposes all of the cards to the elements while I switch from one to the other.

Comments about Pelican 0915 Memory Card Case:
Fit and finish are as you would expect from pelican.
I was disappointed with the fit of the cards. Unless you really push they will pop out. I have tried the different methods for sliding in the cards and they do work but out in the field I can see myself not taking the time to seat one all the way and having it fall out when I open the case. This would be a great holder for travel for holding all my used cards but not what I would take with me on a day trip.

I've always trusted Pelican with equipment in the past - and now with my memory cards. I'm a student and always trekking about campus and different areas filming. I just throw this in my bag and I'm off to film. Rain, sleet, snow or shine - this has kept my SD cards pristine.
Love this case. When I get more cards, I'll for sure be purchasing another one of these to keep them safe.

If you use SD cards this is the case for you! Holds 12 SD cards in typical Pelican style. High density foam cutouts are pre-cut so your cards are held in place, easily seen or organized, and not flopping around inside the case. Overall size is about the same as a smartphone so fits in your pocket or takes up little room in a camera bag. Excellent product!

This is a great case. Holds your cards secure and holds a lot of them. I think some of them may hold the card to tight and could cause your card to pop out. I haven't experienced this but I could see how it might happen.
Overall this is a fantastic case that I would definitely recommend to anyone. I have added a clip to mine to attach to my bag or belt

This is a great case, strong and seems to keep water out well. Haven't really tested to know how much it would take to get water into it. Holds the cards tight and secure. I could see how a few cards might pop out if not placed properly in the holder.
Overall I love this case, I put a clip on mine so it will attach to my bag or belt loop.

Comments about Pelican 0915 Memory Card Case:
I received the 0915 case about two weeks ago and began using it to store my DSLR's SD cards (about 9, right now). It works pretty much as you would expect - the outer shell is a sturdy plastic and the inside foam has cutouts for various flavors of SD card sizes. It seems like the case could take quite a bit of exterior abuse and still protect the contents quite well. Other Pelican products I own have proven to be quite sturdy and reliable.
Two small things that I think could be improved:
1) the interior foam cutouts for the cards could either be cut a little smaller or made from a more "grabby" material. A few times, I've opened the case to find a couple cards floating around freely. While this hasn't been a big deal to me so far, I could see it being a problem if you opened it in a poorly lit area and some cards slid out and got lost without you knowing.
2) the latch on the side of the case is secure, but it is sometimes tough to tell which side opens (the side with the latch) when you're in poorly lit areas. A few times, I have fumbled around, trying to open the hinged side of the case. Perhaps, a slightly different latch design would help there.
All in all, it's a great little case that does what it is supposed to - protect my valuable images.
