Comments about Cinevate Inc Video Roadie (Black):

I bought this mainly because I liked how it looked on the product photos and because it has a lot of room for all my gear + laptop.

There is no question it is well made and will hold a lot of your very expensive camera gear. My biggest probelm is that there is no dedicated padded slot that will keep my very expensive laptop secure.

I have a 15" MacBook Pro that will certainly get damaged if I place it in the laptop area simply because it will just bounce around the laptop area. Granted a 17" laptop will fit a little more snug but still, without a padded sleeve you can risk scratching/damaging the laptop. If you don't mind buying an additional sleeve for your laptop to keep it secured then it will help.

The laptop area was a deal-breaker for me and because of that I returned this bag and went with a LowePro Pro-Runner 350 (there is a larger 450) which has a dedicated slot AND sleeve for a 15" laptop.

Bottom line, it's a great case for your camera gear but you've got to add to it to protect your laptop.
