We store several hard drives, and these are a great way to keep them organized and safe. They keep the dust out, and offer protection from scratches and small dings. They are also molded so that they fit with multiple cases. That way they're not sliding around everywhere. Great for storage!

Bought these to transport backup drives offsite for safe storage. I carry them in a soft sided briefcase with no problems so far. The foam piece inside of the lid and the firm closure tab makes the drives fit snugly so there is no jostling around inside the case. The indentations on the cases make them stack easily so there is not any sliding off the top of the other case(s). Great choice to safely transport and store hard drives.
