Comments about Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer II - MIDI Interface for Apple iOS Devices:
I am using the Lemur app on my iPad and since my MacPro doesn't have an air card, I needed an interface to plug my iPad into my MOTU MIDI Express. The Line 6 MIDI Molilizer 2 was exactly what I needed. Takes up literally no space and works perfectly.

Comments about Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer II - MIDI Interface for Apple iOS Devices:
I bought this device to use with my iPad2, to be used by my OnSong app. I wanted to have it send patch changes to my keyboard when I selected a song to perform. I was able to get it hooked up and sending patch changes to my keyboard in about an hour (the bulk of that time was in finding the correct MSB and LSB values to send). Other reviews suggested purchasing a female-to-female adapter since the cables are only about 6' long. That would probably be a good idea.
