The Flash Diffuser Classic from DEMB can help turn your hot-shoe flash into a lighting instrument as versatile as a studio light. The 4 x 4.25" white Classic Flip-it! reflector is attached using a universal strap to an upward-pointing flash--the reflector is mounted on a hinge that allows you to fix it at any angle, while a front diffusion panel is included that attaches to the Flip-it! strap using touch-tabs. With this arrangement, you can adjust your flash for whatever conditions you encounter--inside, outside, portraits, group photos, low ceiling, high ceiling, etc. This versatility lets you make photos with soft, shadow-free light no matter what the conditions.

- Adjustable-angle 4x4.25" white reflector and front diffusion panel are included
- Attaches to any hot-shoe flash (other than a bowl flash, for which there is a special version) with a universal touch-tab strap

Easy to use. Enables me to get nice soft light indoors, without harsh shadows, whatever the wall/ceiling situation. I spend less time trying to aim my flash to get the perfect bounce (though I still do that when I can). Just point the flash straight up and tilt the demb foward or backward as needed. Simple. The ease of use is a big benefit when trying to capture fast moving children.

As a professional shooter shooting events and all, I often have to shoot portraits and groups at events in less than ideal lighting conditions.
I ABSOLUTELY HATE the harsh light from the hot shoe mounted flash aND worse, the ugly shadows it forms on and behind the subjects. ARRRGH!!
A few months back, I borrowed a unit from a friend whom I'd seen use it at an event. It worked absolutely well, and I made a mental note to order mine ASAP.
Mine just arrived a few days ago, and I couldn't be happier!
It's small, very light, easy to pack up and carry in your camera bag, works beautifully well, and it's an absolute NO-BRAINER to set up and use! What else can you ask for?
Price? Price is very reasonable IMO.

Tried them all, fong, bounce pro, light sphere, homemade from [@], etc. THis one is far the best! Folds out of way and is small enough that a seperate bag is not needed just for the diffuser. Still learning how to use this tool, but it has complimented my bag unlike any other.Highly recommended. Buy the filter holder if you shoot a lot under flourescent lights or buildings with colored ceilings.Nice thing is that this will fit on any flash, unlike FONG, if you order for the wrong flash it never really fits right.
