The USB 2.0 External VGA Video Card Multi-Language Version from Iogear lets you connect an extra monitor to your desktop PC or laptop's USB port. The connected monitor can be configured to either clone your primary screen or extend the Windows desktop allowing visibility of more applications at the same time.

The Video Card driver used to control the extra screen uses very little computer resource and offers a gamut of screen resolutions and color depths. This ensures that there is little difference in performance between a directly connected screen and a screen connected through the USB 2.0 external video card.

Comments about IOGEAR USB 2.0 External VGA Video Card Multi-Language Version:

Quickly allows you to use a second monitor with one workstation. The only reason I did not give it five stars is that in order to it to work with Windows 7 Professionla, it was necessary to download the drivers.

Comments about IOGEAR USB 2.0 External VGA Video Card Multi-Language Version:

This card works pretty good. I am using it for slides of words in my church. All it is showing is words so it is not having to be pushed very hard. When i first installed it, I pushed some video through the card and it handled it good enough. You wouldnt want to watch a movie off it, but it didnt freeze or anything. It does a good job for what we are using it for. the resolution options are low so consider and i had to go to their website and download the driver. the CD that was provided would not work at all.

Comments about IOGEAR USB 2.0 External VGA Video Card Multi-Language Version:

I have a MacBook Pro and wanted to run two external monitors, along with my laptop monitor, for a total of three monitors. I am a Video Editor and this is very useful.

One external gets hooked up to your DVI out, and then you hook up this Iogear USB to VGA and that sets up your second external monitor. As expected there is a delay in the monitor. Things lag, and you cannot watch Video's on the monitor b/c of the lag(you can watch videos, they just look bad)

But your not going to get anything better than this without spending much more.

        Great Product!
