Decent lens cap - does what it needs to do, but could be a little better designed to not get bumped off so easily.

Comments about Olympus LC-46 Lens Cap for Select M.Zuiko Lenses:

This purchase was a replacement for a lens cap for the 17mm, 1.8 M. Zuiko prime lens for my Olympus OMD-EM-1. I lost the cap while shooting in Rhode Island near the ocean during a change of lenses. I was using legacy glass along with the 17mm. Bottom line, it fits perfectly since it's OEM. The price was right as well.

                  I really dislike generic caps.
they never seem to fit correctly.
This size is used in several m43 lenses.
I prefer to pay and extra dollar and buy an original one.

Comments about Olympus LC-46 Lens Cap for Select M.Zuiko Lenses:

I use these caps on my panasonic 20mm and 14mm pancakes because they're the thinnest options out there. Pani's caps are a bit thicker for the 14mm cap and MUCH thicker for the 20mm cap. This cap is easily 1/2 as thick if not less. With MFT size does matter and it's all about being tiny.
