Optoma Technology not only makes great projectors, they love to see how small and powerful they can make them. Consider the PK320 Pico Pocket Projector. When it's plugged into the wall you can get 100 lumens of projection power at a 3000:1 contrast ratio. It's got 2GB of internal memory; microSD slot supports up to 32GB SDHC. Plus, it has a 1/4"-20 tripod socket for mounting. By connecting a VGA adapter cable or USB flash drive to the 24-pin Universal Port, you can display content from many different sources.
The imaging panel is a Digital Light Processor from Texas Instruments and the lighting is an LED panel that's rated to last 20,000 hours. Resolution is WVGA (854 x 480) and a maximum resolution of WXGA (1280 x 800) through a VGA adapter or HD (1080i) through an HDMI cable. Speaking of going anywhere, this is one projector that can. It's compatible with both the NTSC and PAL video standards and it weighs 8.3 oz. (235 g) with a standard battery.
It's a good thing the Optoma PK320 Pico Pocket Projector is so small and light. With all the fun you can have with it and its solid business credentials you might end up bringing it to the office every day and taking it home every night.

Comments about Optoma Technology PK320 Pico Pocket Projector:
As a teacher I depend on a reliable projector. After much debating I decided to take the risk. I had doubts on the lighting (100 lumens) and to my surprise even with half of the classroom lights on I was able to to project clearly. It's compact, light, and you can display it in almost any white wall. Recently, I used it for my parents 50th anniversary in a hall that attended over 125 guests. We displayed it over 90 inches. Great gadget!! All teachers should have one.

Comments about Optoma Technology PK320 Pico Pocket Projector:
I bought this projector mainly to watch movies in my small bedroom from my iMac or Macbook, and for it to be portable enough to take on trips. I first bought the PK201, which I found to be not quite bright enough for the size image I wanted to project. I upgraded to the PK320 and find that it's quite good for my needs. I dont have much space to mount a full size projector so setting this up on a tripod is easy and convenient. I shoot an approx. 78" image onto a screen from about 10 feet away (size also depends on the resolution from the device you are projecting from) and the picture quality is pretty good. Its not as sharp as a large projector, and the colors arent as vivid and accurate, but it's good enough to enjoy movies and get that theater experience. The downside to this is that the room needs to be pretty dark, or completely dark for it to be nice and clear, but in my case, it works out just fine since I can black out my room.
As for presentations, I haven't really experimented with it too much, but from the looks of it, you'd just have to use simple, big, bold fonts and pictures for it to be clear in a semi-dark room.
I like all of the input options, and the remote that comes with it, and overall it's a great value considering it's size and price. You can't really expect it to be as good as a full size projector, but it's a fun little tool and I've been using it nearly every day since I bought it. It would be nice if it was just a little bit sharper, but thats to be expected from a WVGA (non-HD) native resolution.

I was amazed at how small the PK320 is and the performance is the inverse! Great display and easy to use right out of the box.

Comments about Optoma Technology PK320 Pico Pocket Projector:
This projector is perfect if you need a light and powerful projector. The quality of the image is really good.
You can use easily this product and EVERYWHERE due to its small size.
The only inconvenient is the fan noise; but when you are watching a movie it is not a problem.
I strongly recommend it.

Comments about Optoma Technology PK320 Pico Pocket Projector:
The proyerctor displays a better image than I supposed in a great distance range, it just what. I needed for my classes, the salesman assessed me greatly .And the most important thing is it's portability, cause it's very light. The only problem is the heat that devolps after a quite long using time that is understandable due to the small size, anyway, the conventional proyectors have the same problem

Comments about Optoma Technology PK320 Pico Pocket Projector:
This pico projector is really small in size, less weight, easy to carry. And the clarity is good for business presentations; but not for watching movies etc.,
Just giving 4 and not 5, because the buttons at the top doesn't look standard, looks like made of cheap plastics.
I strongly recommend buying this product.
Cheers!

Comments about Optoma Technology PK320 Pico Pocket Projector:
I purchased this projector specifically to use in Living Canvas performances, where performers are lit solely by projections in a darkened theatre. This projector adds amazing opportunities -- I can actually have performers hold a projector in their hand and walk around the stage projecting onto others - changing angles, rotating the projector, etc. Images and videos are loaded right onto the projector, reducing the need for computers to be attached to each projector.
While the level of light isn't enough for a presentation in a lit room, in a darkened room you can get plenty of illumination (and the blacks are true black! - unlike most projectors). Colors are brilliant and true.
The built-in software is a bit clunky, and hopefully future firmware upgrades will make that aspect work a little more seamlessly, but it's certainly usable as is.

Comments about Optoma Technology PK320 Pico Pocket Projector:
Great little piece of hardware for quick presentations, but also useful in the fields of theatre or installation art where the small footprint and relative quietness make it a perfect tool for interesting video magic.
The size and the battery option make it truly portable so you can put it anywhere. It has a 1/4-20 screw mount option which works well with any camera grip type gear.
