In either case, there is also a separate space for your iPad that is safely tucked into its own nested space.

The exterior is a durable 600 Denier PolyTek with ballistic nylon accent while the inside is a soft, foam padded material that contains movable dividers to configure your gear to suit your shooting needs.

As for your accessories, there's plenty of space for media cards, batteries in the front Windowpane mesh pocket. Other pockets are designed to hold your cell phone or iPod. The rear has an open slash pocket that will take your manual, maps or other small documents. For comfort, there are two side mesh pockets that will accommodate water bottles. These mesh pockets will also hold the ZipShot Mini Tripod. For added space, the Zuma 3 accepts any of Tamrac's optional M.A.S. (Modular Accessory System) pouches.

The bag is slim in design and manufactured to be fast access in use. Its zippered closure and quick-release buckle make reaching your gear easy. The adjustable shoulder strap and top carry handle offer two viable ways to carry the bag. Backed by Tamrac's five-year warranty, the Zuma 3 is a shoulder bag that may be the answer to your gear needs. With its tough exterior, padded interior and room for enough gear for a day's shoot, it's a reasonably-priced alternative to larger more costly bags that hold the same amount of equipment.

The front pockets are great for holding the cell and wallet. Camera and lens fits well into their compartments. The tablet was ackwardly squished. There needs to be more or stiffer padding between the camera and the tablet. The bag also tips over easy.

Comments about 5723 Zuma 3 Photo/iPad Shoulder Bag (Black/Dark Gray):

I purchased this for my Olympus OMD E-M5 and accessories. This is a well built bag and, though reasonably compact, is surprisingly room. I currently have it loaded with my camera and it's 12-50mm kit lens, plus a Panasonic 100-300mm, two Olympus prime lenses (17mm and 45mm), the kit flash, a filter case, and a lens cleaning kit, plus memory cards, batteries, and other small accessories. A more powerful flash or the gawdawful battery charger that comes with the E-M5 would have to displace one of the extra lenses, no doubt. Only improvement would be to replace one or both of the mesh end pockets with zippered pockets. They are too spall for carrying a water bottle as advertised anyway, and I'd rather have space for a camera and iPad charger.

          Comments about 5723 Zuma 3 Photo/iPad Shoulder Bag (Black/Burgundy):

This bag nicely holds my camera, one extra lens, my iPad, and all the connection cords and accessories. It is smaller than a soft briefcase and is easy to carry, whether using the shoulder strap or the handle. The front zipper pocket organizes my extra SDXC cards and camera battery, as well as a couple of pens and notebook; the front section is deep enough that you also can easily put a manual or small book in it. The mesh pockets on the ends hold my small tripod or anything else that needs to be "stuffed" fast. The back open pocket is great for a magazine or newspaper. The bag has multiple closures and they all do NOT need to be closed when you are working and moving around at a site; very efficient. Drawbacks?...none that I have found. I love the size and the way the bag functions. Very well made!

Comments about 5723 Zuma 3 Photo/iPad Shoulder Bag (Black/Dark Gray):

Hey There! I've been a long time fan of Tamrac, when I worked at [*] Camera they were the finest brand we carried. I already owned the Rally 2 and Rally 7 bags, but found that most often I needed something in between. The Rally 2 is too compact to fit much more than a body and 2-3 lenses; not really enough for a long day of shooting, especially if you like to bring water, a snack or some entertainment device. The Rally 7 is nice when I want to bring a large laptop with a good portion of my glass traveling and I don't trust them in my checked luggage, but once you fill it up and carry it around all day, it starts to become uncomfortable. Especially because a messenger-style bag isn't going to distribute as much weight as they Rally 7 can carry with just one strap. I shoot with an NEX 6 and a number of fast prime film lenses that I like to carry around with me everywhere, and I recently got a tablet I can use to show off my photos quickly and connect with the NEX's WiFi, but the Rally 7 was too bulky for everything--and too tempting to fill to the brim with heavy things. So the Zuma series of bags seemed like a perfectly logical choice--as it is for anyone with an iPad, Xperia, Surface, etc. Its just a matter of picking your size based on your camera. I went with the Zuma 3 because it was just the size I needed it to be, and appeared to have ample storage for my particular camera system. I can get my body with 3-4 lenses, a couple adapters and converters and tablet in the main pocket. In the front pocket I can fit my memory cards, cleaners, batteries, external hard drive(plugs into tablet :D), some cables and other small items(chapstick, gum, snack) floating around the bottom of the pocket. My wallet and phone even fit in the front because it expands towards the center. Anything smaller wouldn't have really fit, and only had a zipper to close with. I like how the larger bags have a flap, zipper, velcro and a latch to secure your belongings. Also, instead of neoprene, Tamrac's premium weather-resistant rip-stop. The Zuma 3 also has some other premium features, like the M.A.S. (Modular Accessory System) loops on either end of the bag, and those mesh-lined plastic pockets that keep your memory or batteries safe from all the weather. It doesn't quite fit a DSLR so well while the tablet is in the main pocket, so there is the option of getting the Zuma 4 if you really need to carry a larger body or another lens. Since I already have a larger bag, I can just use that any time the mood so takes me to shoot with a DSLR or carry the laptop somewhere. The front pocket was larger on the Rally 7 and had an additional pocket, so I could fit more odds and ends, but it didn't have the sealed memory/battery pockets the Zuma offers, so I can deal with that, too. The two things I have a problem with are the mesh pockets on the ends. They hold little more than my camera strap and some car keys--they won't even fit my phone with the case on it. I used to jam my phone, wallet, keys and whatever else I had to into one pocket on the Rally 7, and carry a water bottle on the other side. I'm really disappointed they didn't use that same expandable mesh pocket, but I can clip a bottle on the bag and live with it, I have a well built bag that rests more comfortably on my back, comes with more premium features than some more expensive bags, and is designed with my tablet and ILC in mind, even if I like to go big with my glass. Thanks for reading, please check out the other Tamrac bags I mentioned, they've been pretty nice to me and will certainly still be put to use. Another brand I like that makes dependable, weather ready bags is Lowepro. I wouldn't recommend you carry something you care about in anything other than these two brands.

The service was excellent on my order, and the bag was delivered on time and was exactly what was described on the website. Price was competitive with other online sellers!

Used the bag on a trip and it was easy to get at my camera and lenses. It was light but roomy enough to fit the essentials for my needs (camera, two extra lenses, and flash in the main compartment, my ipad (without a case, or sleeve) plus chargers and filters in the front compartment.

The bag is what I wanted. Good quality. Small size, (I already have a larger camera bag and wanted something that I could quickly throw the camera and iPad into and go.)
BUT, one of the reasons I purchased this one is because it has holders on the outside that can be used to hold a water bottle. Where the hell do you purchase your water bottles? These pockets are about half the size needed to cram a water bottle into. Yes, you do not purchase a camera bag to carry water, but I purchased this for convenience, that includes carrying the stuff it advertises to carry... iPad, camera, and water bottle.
