Used for TV and PC monitor. Both look great. Limited inputs seems needlessly skimpy. Built-in sound was a disappointment. These issues don't effect the way I use the TV so for me it's 5 stars. However, I could see where these could be problems if not given careful consideration.

This TV has it all! It was super easy to set up and configure. The picture quality is the best I've ever seen (really crisp and sharp and the colors are so vibrant) and all the presets in the audio menu are easy to figure out and use. I have 5.1 speaker system and a Yamaha receiver but the built-in speakers sound is pretty impressive and feels much 'bigger' than before...it's quite good for every day viewing. I'm very happy with my purchase...worth every penny!

I am not a tech gadget afficianado, and I have no interest in 3D. My goal was to get a well-made HDTV with a good picture and sound that wouldn't have much glare (I have it in a room with big windows) for under $1000. This one works- I stuck with Samsung after hearing that they are the most reliable and have the best pictures among LEDs. I chose this year's model over last year's because the sound system is better and they added an antiglare coating. The outside bevel is also tiny; others who care more about cutting-edge tvs have commented on this. I don't really care that it's an inch or so thicker than last year's model (supposedly necessary to improve the sound.) I've been perfectly happy with the viewing experience.
