The Samsung UN46EH5300 46" Class LED HDTV is an ultra-slim 1080p HD panel that is capable of delivering vivid, crisp images. It's a pleasure to listen to also. Just two 10W stereo speakers can create an uncanny surround sound illusion thanks to the wizardry of SRS TheaterSound HD.
Plug in a USB thumb drive (not included) into one of the set's USB ports and view a JPEG picture file slide show while you listen to a soundtrack of MP3 files from the same drive. I own another Samsung flat panel that is much bigger. And because I love that TV I decided to order another Samsung for my home office. Picture and sound quality are awesome, but the ability to share files/images through its wifi is not compatible with Mac. Have no fear, there's an app you can download for free onto your Mac that makes it recognizable by the TV - issue solved. Overall, I LOVE this TV. I don't need to move my Apple TV for Netflix - Samsung's content has all that plus more!

Good picture & sound! No tilt or swivel which I have on an older Samsung. Stand & TV mount holes out of alignment. I had to use different screws; otherwise excellent bargin and 2 days to receipt; FAST service. Purchased warranty, hope I do not need it.

This is a great HDTV with smart features for the price. The picture quality is very good with deep colors and high contrast. The sound quality is not really impressive, but it's okay. The Smart Hub is just awesome. It is really worth the extra few dollars to get the smart version. It is not difficult to set it up and use it. However, opening everything in Smart Hub is very slow. For example, browsing in the internet or starting an app is considerably lagged, and you have to wait a moment for everything. Another problem is that typing with the remote is extremely difficult because it does not have QWERTY keys. Therefore, I connected a wireless mouse and keyboard to the TV, which works very well. However, some apps e.g. YouTube does not support the keyboard, but the browser does. The first TV that I received had a dead pixel, and I am waiting for another one, I may update my review after receiving the new one.

I wanted a TV for the master bedroom. I own a 40" Samsung LED Smart TV and I love it. I have both wall mounted and connect to the internet via wireless router. Use it primarily for Netflix, Pandora, and VUDU. I love having TV's with built in WI-FI as it cuts down on the number of components required. I find the picture quality on the Samsung LED's 1080p is awesome, the picture is crisp, clear, and in my opinion is one of the best on the market. Initially I was shopping around for TV's on sale during black Friday, and was going to buy a cheaper set. But at the end of the day I couldn't go past this set, I love it, it is great quality at a good price point. Probably offers the best value for money in my opinion. The remote app that is available on your smart phone is also really useful.

I had my old Samsung go out on me right in the middle of Black Friday deals so I guess it could be worse. I stayed with Samsung,because their customer service was really good. I knocked off a star, but it really should just be a half. This screen is more glossy and I get iritating reflections when the room is light. The old TV was matt so I didn't have that problem. Also the stand doesn't swivel so to change the angle of view you have to turn the TV and stand.
The picture is really awesome though. My friends all comment on how much sharper it looks. It's the same 1080p 60Hz as my old one so it must be something with the LED technology.
This is a beautiful TV with a couple minor drawbacks and I know from experience that if I have a problem with it I can count on Samsung working with me.

I haven't explored all features yet but everything seems to work great.My only negative (and it may be down to a slow wireless Internet connection and not the TV's fault) is the speed of wireless Internet on YouTube.Also, I still find the YouTube menu system rather cumbersome when trying to use TV remote to choose from my YouTube videos.

Our first 21st century TV! We had our eye on this model, the least expensive Samsung with WIFI, and no 3D. Without cable, we mostly watch Netflix or online content. Unfortunately, I did not realize that many TVs with internet capability do not have Flash players, so we cannot watch PBS content online.
The browser is a pain to navigate with the standard remote--we're in the market for a QWERTY model. Or supposedly we can plug in a keyboard, although we couldn't use it from the sofa. Haven't tried that yet.

Good picture & sound! No tilt or swivel which I have on an older Samsung. Stand & TV mount holes out of alignment. I had to use different screws; otherwise excellent bargin and 2 days to receipt; FAST service. Purchased warranty, hope I do not need it.

This is a great HDTV with smart features for the price. The picture quality is very good with deep colors and high contrast. The sound quality is not really impressive, but it's okay. The Smart Hub is just awesome. It is really worth the extra few dollars to get the smart version. It is not difficult to set it up and use it. However, opening everything in Smart Hub is very slow. For example, browsing in the internet or starting an app is considerably lagged, and you have to wait a moment for everything. Another problem is that typing with the remote is extremely difficult because it does not have QWERTY keys. Therefore, I connected a wireless mouse and keyboard to the TV, which works very well. However, some apps e.g. YouTube does not support the keyboard, but the browser does. The first TV that I received had a dead pixel, and I am waiting for another one, I may update my review after receiving the new one.

I wanted a TV for the master bedroom. I own a 40" Samsung LED Smart TV and I love it. I have both wall mounted and connect to the internet via wireless router. Use it primarily for Netflix, Pandora, and VUDU. I love having TV's with built in WI-FI as it cuts down on the number of components required. I find the picture quality on the Samsung LED's 1080p is awesome, the picture is crisp, clear, and in my opinion is one of the best on the market. Initially I was shopping around for TV's on sale during black Friday, and was going to buy a cheaper set. But at the end of the day I couldn't go past this set, I love it, it is great quality at a good price point. Probably offers the best value for money in my opinion. The remote app that is available on your smart phone is also really useful.

The energy saving brightness feature is a nice idea, but it's more annoying if anything. Remote control could be better and more interactive especially for a SMART TV. Keyboard would be nice. Setting up wireless and inputting password was confusing and took a number of tries to get it right. Pre-set picture settings are little and not very impressive.Glad I found it for a good price at B&H and packaging was well even for standard shipping all to way to CA

I had my old Samsung go out on me right in the middle of Black Friday deals so I guess it could be worse. I stayed with Samsung,because their customer service was really good. I knocked off a star, but it really should just be a half. This screen is more glossy and I get iritating reflections when the room is light. The old TV was matt so I didn't have that problem. Also the stand doesn't swivel so to change the angle of view you have to turn the TV and stand.
The picture is really awesome though. My friends all comment on how much sharper it looks. It's the same 1080p 60Hz as my old one so it must be something with the LED technology.
This is a beautiful TV with a couple minor drawbacks and I know from experience that if I have a problem with it I can count on Samsung working with me.

I haven't explored all features yet but everything seems to work great.My only negative (and it may be down to a slow wireless Internet connection and not the TV's fault) is the speed of wireless Internet on YouTube.Also, I still find the YouTube menu system rather cumbersome when trying to use TV remote to choose from my YouTube videos.

Our first 21st century TV! We had our eye on this model, the least expensive Samsung with WIFI, and no 3D. Without cable, we mostly watch Netflix or online content. Unfortunately, I did not realize that many TVs with internet capability do not have Flash players, so we cannot watch PBS content online.
The browser is a pain to navigate with the standard remote--we're in the market for a QWERTY model. Or supposedly we can plug in a keyboard, although we couldn't use it from the sofa. Haven't tried that yet.
