I was looking for a 120Hz 1080p TV, and this was a great choice. Great Samsung picture, easy-peasy setup. I did not want a 'smart' TV, as a Ruku or similar players have better user interfaces and cost (mush) less than the premium on 'smart' sets. Overall, very satisfied. The sale price and free shipping were terrific! Its only got 2 HDMI inputs, so if you have several HD sources you may need a switch box or a receiver that will switch HDMI inputs.

Amazing picture. My only tip is to turn off automotion on films so they stop looking like cheap soap operas. Other than that, the setup was easy-peasy, the picture is sharp and everything we've watched on it looks incredible.

I bought this television to use in my bedroom. It is just the right size. I am blown away by the picture quality. I have this connected to FIOS and I am pleased with the picture of HD channels as well as SD channels. Even they SD channels are crisp and clear. The speakers are okay, however I would suggest getting a sound bar. It only has two HDMI ports however that is all I need because I have sound bar that has 4 HDMI ports.

I have the tv for almost 2 month and I'm very happy with it, although I'm not using very extensively (probably an average of 1hr/day). I was able to plug in a multi-region DVD player (not a blu-ray), a stereo, the Wii and my laptop in a few minutes. The stereo is a must if you want to really enjoy this big tv, and probably a blu-ray player too. I had to use a different set up of the parameters that control color, brightness, sharpness, etc. since the standard one was producing a strange image quality (everything looked like a soap opera). you can find good sets up by surfing the internet and querying for this specific tv. I'm using a standard high-speed internet and the picture is ok. I have to assume that if I had fios the experience is going to be even better. I have not tried the antenna yet.

Very good basic HD 120 hz tv. If you're interested in picture quality without smart TV bells and whistles, this may be your best bet.
Note that this is a 120hz TV. 240 hz clear motion is a samsung thing that presumes to utilize processing to improve the speed of display. Not saying it couldn't provide some benefit, but this is not a 240 hz tv.
Still, picture quality is great and I've not noticed any blurring with sports.
Sound is also pretty good for a flat panel, probably because this is not super slim (though it's still not big 26 lbs and about 3 inches inches without stand).

I didn't want a Smart TV or 3D, but did want a TV with a great picture. This TV met these requirements. Set-up was less than 10 minutes from box to watching a program. I did follow the set-up of 2 others who posted all of their parameters (thanks guys!), so only needed to make a a few changes to suit myself. Overall a great value. Based on my living room space, I probably could have used a smaller TV, but I haven't heard the family complaining!

The only reason that I didn't give this TV five stars is because I got one that has a small defect in the screen (a black spot). I called Samsung and they set up service guy to come to my house and diagnose the problem. He is ordering me a new unit and he is going to come back and make the switch in a couple of days (all free of charge). It's a bit of an inconvenience but at least Samsung stands by its products.

The "on screen" menu and "tools" is so very easy to use. Love it. The picture clarity and color is truly awesome. I do wish the TV had an anti-glare screen or a swivel stand.

I found this product on [@] and not only was it more expensive, but I had to pay for shipping and taxes. After all of the expenses I would have ended up paying almost $150 more before I found it on bhpohotovideo.com. The TV arrived within 7 business days and it looks and works wonderfully. The picture quality is amazing. I would definitely buy more products from this website.

The only reason that I didn't give this TV five stars is because I got one that has a small defect in the screen (a black spot). I called Samsung and they set up service guy to come to my house and diagnose the problem. He is ordering me a new unit and he is going to come back and make the switch in a couple of days (all free of charge). It's a bit of an inconvenience but at least Samsung stands by its products.
