The UN55ES6500 55" Class Slim 3D LED HDTV from Samsung is an ultra slim 1080p HD panel with Samsung's own Smart TV technology. You will be able to watch your favorite movies while you browse the Web or explore the smart hub. Access all your apps and download new ones, such as Netflix, Facebook, YouTube, Hulu Plus and Twitter.

This was the easiest TV setup I have ever had.
Even though it had WiFi and other SmartTV options, the setup menu was self directed and straight forward. A couple of minor color tweaks to our preference and all we do is enjoy it.
Being without a large encasement, I wish we had bought a little larger TV, maybe a 60".
The picture quality is top notch, as expected.

Everything works well with this TV. Set up was easy. The only issue I had was getting my TV delivered. It took longer than expected. A few emails to B&H & they got the ball rolling with $ off. The TV has a nice picture, color & so far, it's a hit. Thanks again to B&H for staying on top of things.

I went from a dull projector tv to this amazing colorful experience. The colors, once you adjust slightly from the box, are excellent. Dont see any pixelation in action. Also loving that I dont have to use a wire to connect my iPhone to play Pandora. I can either play music direct from my iPhone using blue tooth, or play the app from the tv. The sound needs enhancement so I brought a sound bar. Works great with it. I love having apps, but getting them all to work is a bit problematic. Some you need to buy and the purchase process is not clear. I also purchased a keyboard to use for apps and browsing. Works OK for browsing, but not in Facebook. And had trouble connecting sometimes. My only real complaint is that to get this up and running with the apps I wanted, the sound bar, the keyboard, took about 5 hours. It used to take that long to set up a computer, which now takes 1 hour! But for this price, this TV is an amazing value!

Easy hook up.../ clean picture with close to no outer border frame.../was surprised that is has 3D that runs on Samsung software on non HD shows...works well but headaches like I always get with 3d in 10 minutes.../ tons of widget apps which work great but typing a bit clunky with the remote...
Over all by far best bang for the buck...light and thin to lift it over my head if needed...and free delivery by a shipping company that was prompt on time,letting me pick best day and time for delivery...I will be back to B&H for my next tv for bedroom next month.
