Comments about Vanguard Abeo 243AB Tripod With Ballhead:

I bought to go with a secondary camera at sporting events, etc. The legs are excellent. Easy to carry, and very stable with a bag hanging from the included hook. Push the spring pin in and the bottom 6 inches of the column comes off, unscrew the hook, put your camera in its place, and youve got a handle if needed. The head is good. I get very slight creep when tightening it down after getting my camera into position, but its not too bad. My only complaint is when you cinch down the ball, you cant pan the head.

Comments about Vanguard Abeo 243AB Tripod With Ballhead:

I am just starting to use this tripod but my first feelings are the I am very impressed with it. I like every feature about it, another thing I really like is that the head is the same one that I have on my monopod so I have one shoe on my camera. I would recomend this tripod to anyone who is an amateur like me and wants to upgrade.
