The Targus Green Laser Presenter with Multimedia Functions lets you take full control of your presentation. In addition to a laser pointer, the presenter also features a built-in cursor control so you can easily control your presentation from anywhere in the room. The remote features a convenient 2GB built in memory so the presenter's proprietary data doesn't have to be left on a public or unattended computer during the presentation. On-board multimedia keys, including volume and playback buttons, make it easy to seamlessly present your material without interruption. Thanks to its 100' operating range you can rely on it in any size space from small conference rooms to large lecture halls.

The wife wanted it for presentations. With the built in storage, she can simply plug it in to any supplied PC/MAC and not have to worry about hooking up her own computer. She had to have the green laser too..

I use it to present in a class and conference.The installation is easy, as other usb-based hardware.It can work and move like a mouse (but it's slow) and all the buttons are easily operable.I don't know about battery life yet, since this presenter is still new and I rarely use it.The green laser is visible in all surfaces include lcd screen but imho, it's a little bit small.Bad thing is: It doesn't have a timer..., so you need to manage your presentation time
