BD Live content requires internet service and a SD card with at least 1 GB of free space (sold separately).
The show must go on -- in your living room, of course. The DMP-BDT320 Blu-ray Disc Player from Panasonic is a full-featured entertainer, and in addition to playback for 3D Blu-ray discs includes networked features to turn your space into a virtual hub for multimedia content.
Once you connect it to your home network, you can stream movies and TV shows from Netflix, create personalized Internet radio stations with Pandora, or check the local weather using Accuweather. These are just a few of the supported services. With built-in Wi-Fi capability, you can connect directly without needing to purchase an external adapter.
With Adaptive Chroma Processing, exceptional imagery is ensured. It can even convert 2D content from VIERA Connect to 3D. Additional benefits include smartphone remote control capability, a touchpad remote control, support for FLAC files, compatibility with other DLNA devices, and ultra-fast booting and loading. For unmatched performance and features, look no further than the DMP-BD320.

The speed (loading times) and display quality of this player are quite impressive. The upscaling of DVD-quality video is the nicest I have seen, and I quickly forget that I am not watching HD video.
It plays standard Blu-Ray, DVD, and CD discs. It is supposed to be able to play other formats (recordable discs), but I haven't tried it. I use the HDMI output and haven't tried any of the analog outputs.
However, the remote control is terrible. Panasonic invented a control with a touch pad (like on a laptop computer) instead of buttons. There are several buttons, but none you would use on a regular basis. Instead, there is a square gray touch pad in the center of the remote, and you are supposed to move your finger across it using memorized gestures to perform tasks like play, pause, skip, stop, etc. It is also used for nagivating the user-interface instead of arrow keys. It sounds fun, but in practice it is completely ridiculous. Fortunately, I use this player with a highly configurable universal remote, and do not need to rely on this invention.
I like the tray-less disc loading (much like modern CD players in car audio systems). However, the eject button is on the top, instead of the front, which is difficult to see and reach when it is in a cabinet. Fortunately, my universal remote provides an eject function.
The Netflix streaming works, though it takes a minute or so to load and has a fairly primative user-interface. Searching by title is clumsy, and it is easier to use your computer to put titles in queue and then watch them on the device.

I currently have this Panasonic DVD player hooked up, but I'm returning ASAP! Although it does have a nice picture & wireless WEB connectivity, the big problem is with the remote. The remote's touch pad is crazy hard to use, and there are no buttons to use in place of the pad. In order to navigate the player's options, select menu items, or enter web info, you have no choice but to use the touch pad. Sometimes it works, but most of the time you are swiping your finger across the pad over and over again just to move to the next letter or menu choice. To get on NETFLIX we had to enter our email address. Using the touch pad on the remote was probably the hardest thing I did the entie day. My wife and I were laughing about who would have to enter all the characters in our email...she lost and had to do it. By the time you are done fighting with the touch pad, you lose interest in whatever it was you were going to watch. For [$], the unit should be at least a little user friendly.

Comments about Panasonic DMP-BDT320 Blu-ray Disc Player:
320 is fine blue ray player. It was easy to set up. The remote is not as easy as one with all buttons. The touch pad is not good if you have shakey fingers. Otherwise it is not too hard to learn. And the touch pad makes the remote very compact, about 6 inches long as compared to a remote with buttons at 8+ inches.

Comments about Panasonic DMP-BDT320 Blu-ray Disc Player:
I found this to be incredibly easy to set up as I already had 50" Viera. Wireless was instant and all I had to do was put in my password. I had heard concerns about the remote but I have worked with touch pads and found this easy once you understood the on screen menu. Load time was so much faster than the previous Blu Ray player I owned. The picture and sound is amazing!!!. I could not be happier with this unit. I have ordered from B&H a number of times and have always found them to be reliable, fast with great follow up.

This Panasonic Blu-ray player is just loaded with features (built-in Wi-Fi, trackpad remote, slot instead of tray loading).
As good as this player is one problem that needs a little work is the trackpad display. Yes it reads, but there is no LCD display telling you where you are on the remote. The only clue is a "Key" feature that displays the arrows on your TV. Just don't look at the remote itself for help!
The great image quality is a real standout.
You may not need all of its features, but you'll definitely make a statement to your friends with this Blu-ray player.

I bought this BD player couple days ago to replace a Sony S470.
Performance is top-notching, fast loading, very user-friendly interface, silent and stylish design.
Video performance is stellar. No jaggies, motions issues or glitches.
Audio is good as well.
Touchscreen remote is a bit odd to get used but few days is enough.
Nice player, top performance and good proce.
Well done, Panasonic. No issues so far. I'd recommend it!
Best regards from Brazil.
