I used this memory card mainly because of 2 reasons
(1) its a class 10, which I believe is the highest quality in these type memory cards; &
(2) its 64gb - which is max. size I can use the Vixia HFM52.
I use my video camera in the field & do not have the time to swaping out memory cards. I did use 32gb card, but again its not large enough because my heavy use of video camera in the field.
Also, I had to purchase 2 of these memory to supplement the 1 I already had. This 64gb card gives me 5 hrs & 54 min of the highest definition that Vixia HFM52 has to offer. So I figure 3 of these cards gives me at 15 hrs. of usage for 1 day of in the field shooting.

First, I bought a 64GB jump drive based on the same class 10 rating as this 64GB SD flash card, so technically, each device should transfer a minimum of 10MB/s. I gave up on the jump drive after 6 hours and only a fraction of my data copied to it. Then I ordered this SD card and started the same copy. It copied all 31GB of data in just over 1 1/2 hours averaging about 5MB/s. Since this SD card only reached half of the advertised speed, I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

We use these cards on our Panasonic AC-130 and AC-90 camcorders. We get a good 5+ hours of 1080/29.97p AVCHD footage from each 64GB card.

Installed with no problem in Nikon 510, just as fast as original and much smaller memory card. Holds all the photos of end of school events for 5 school age grand children and still has lots of room left. A must have for a doting grandma.

Write speeds are always an issue when dealing with HD video, and this card performs well. I use it with the Sony FS100 to record AVCHD 24mbps and it has worked great. I recorded 2 live events in a day (totaling 4.5 hours) and it recorded without error.

I bought this card as a backup to a 32gb card for my Nikon D7100 which holds 2 SDXC cards. I love sandisk and only buy sandisk cards. They never let me down, and are very reliable and fast.

Comments about SanDisk 64GB SDXC Memory Card Ultra Class 10 UHS-I:
I bought this as it came up as a recommended card for my GH3. However, when recording at the 72 bits per second setting on the GH3, I will once and a while get an writing speed error that stops the recording. This is really bad if you are recording an event. This problem has not happend at the 50 bits per second speed, only 72 - so beware GH3 users.

I didn't realize my Lumix camera didn't come with a memory card so after a lot of research, I decided on this one. B & H had the best price and I know from experience their shipping is very dependable. It fit my camera perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased.
