Comments about Holga Fisheye Lens for DSLR Lens:

Yes. This is a Holga product. Holding it to normal standards is silly. But I would contend that when we call something a fisheye attachment, it would behave more like one.

    Here's what it does:

Make your image into circle surrounded by black.

Add some spherical distortion to your image.

Very slightly widen your field of view.

What it fails to do is really create that fisheye feeling. Some of that lack comes from how little it actually widens the lens and some of that lack comes from my tastes.

I love my DSLR Holga attachment for what it is, but I wasn't crazy about this fisheye. It's just less fun.

Comments about Holga Fisheye Lens for DSLR Lens:

This lens is very easy to use. you just slide it onto your Holga DSLR lens and set the depth of field to infinite. As an introductory lens for fish eye photography, this lens is awesome. I've mostly used it indoors, in a low light setting. With the right exposure, it can produce very clean, crisp photographs. it can also create interesting effects for someone who likes to experiment with different settings and equipment. I really don't have any complaints about this lens. I mean it's a [$] fish eye, so don't expect it to be as functional and durable as an expensive fish eye, but for the money it's great.
