The MXL Studio 1 Red Dot USB Recording Microphone Kit features a versatile recording microphone with a USB output for direct connection to Windows & Mac OS computers. The microphone is also iPad ready and connects to Apple iPads using an optional camera connection kit adapter (not included). The Studio 1 Red Dot produces pristine digital recordings of vocals, speech, sound effects, ambiance and live performances at 16-bit 44.1 or 48kHz resolution. There is a 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone jack for latency-free headphone monitoring, and the microphone ships with a desktop mounted stand, stand adapter, 10' (3.04m) USB cable, carrying case and cleaning cloth.

I would have given this a higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that the latency on the built-in headphone jack is horrible when used on a PC with SoundForge. Audio recording quality is good but forget about using the headphone jack.
I bought this to use with an IPad due to the low power requirements.
