The black Urban Disguise 35 V2.0 from Think Tank is meant just to be that - disguised. It resembles a traditional piece of luggage as opposed to a traditional camera bag, yet, it will hold enough gear to shoot your gig. Inside, the bag can be configured to handle a wide variety of equipment. For example, it's capable of handling one regular size DSLR with a 70-200mm f/2.8 attached, 2-3 other lenses, and up to a 13.3" laptop. Or, one pro size DSLR with 70-200mm f/2.8 attached, 2-3 other lenses and a 10" (or smaller) netbook. Or, one pro size DSLR (BODY ONLY) in front expandable pocket, 3-5 lenses in main compartment and up to a 13.3" laptop. The flexibility of the bag should be obvious. Irrespective of the configuration, your 70-200mm f/2.8 will fit while attached to a DSLR.

The bag has an expandable front and can handle an additional 2-4 lenses depending on their size. A handy interior divider allows you to separate your gear as needed. The front unzips quickly for rapid access to your gear. The gusseted pocket prevents items from slipping out. Underneath the front flap is a padded pocket for an additional camera body but which can be flattened to minimize the overall profile of the bag.  Both sides of the bag contains stretchable pockets for holding your cell phone or water bottles.

For carrying convenience, the included shoulder strap is contoured, comfortable and non-slip in design. Fabric loops on both sides and bottom are there to attach optional straps such as the Urban Disguise Attachment Straps and Shoulder Harness that can be used to convert this bag into a backpack. These straps can also be used to strap a tripod to the bottom of the bag. On top, there are stylish and strong leather grab handles with a clasp to hold them together. There's also a rear panel that can serve as a trolley sleeve on a luggage cart. However, when not needed, the panel can be used as an additional storage pocket.

For ultimate protection, not only is the bag made from ballistic nylon but Think Tank supplies a rain cover that is tethered to the bag to prevent it from blowing way in strong winds. This unique bag is backed by Think Tank's lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects.

Genuine leather handles are built in for comfort and long term durability. The handle clasp can be used to tie the two handles together, for convenience, while carrying the bag or kept undone, while actively shooting, for rapid access to photo gear
Contains an organizer pocket that is easily accessible on the front flap. The stylized zipper opens wide for quick access and the gusseted pocket prevents loose items from falling out
Discrete fabric loops on both sides and bottom of the bag are specifically placed for connecting the Urban Disguise Attachment Straps kit (sold separately). The Urban Disguise Attachment Straps help expand bag capacity by connecting Modular, Skin, or Multimedia components to either side of the bag and strapping a tripod to the bottom of the bag
A large padded pocket, underneath the front flap holds a pro size DSLR body. When the camera is removed, the bellowed pocket flattens to reduce bulkiness
Stretchable side pockets are convenient for carrying small water bottles or a cell phone. They even stretch far enough to keep most hot shoe mounted flash units easily accessible
To travel easier, this shoulder bag incorporates a zippered panel for attaching the bag to the extended handle of most rolling luggage. The zipper at the bottom of the panel can be closed when not attached to a rolling bag, turning the panel into a spare pocket
Similar to most Think Tank products, the bag includes a seam-sealed rain cover to protect the bag from dust, rain, snow, and other potentially harmful elements. The term "seam-sealed" refers to the waterproof tape applied to the inside seams of the rain cover fabric. Think Tank rain covers also feature a built-in tether to keep the rain cover from accidentally flying away with a gust of wind
An adjustable, non-slip shoulder strap is included. The shoulder strap is also contoured and fully padded to make carrying heavy photo gear over an extended period of time easier to bear

Comments about Think Tank Photo Urban Disguise 35 V2.0 (Black):

I wanted a bag to carry my 5DMkIII with 70-200 f/2.8 II and lens hood attached, 50 f/1.4, 24-70 f/2.8 or 24-105 f/4, flash, 11˝ MacBook Air or iPad, and enough gewgaws to shoot out of for the day. For this amount of gear, the bag works perfectly. The bag exudes the same Think Tank quality we've all come to expect. It's also extremely flexible, which is both a blessing and a curse. I had previously purchased a Retrospective 10 to carry a basic kit like this around. Unfortunately, the bag's flexibility always prompted me to overstuff it and make it too heavy and difficult to shoot from, so I sold it. When this bag arrived, I played the same "let's see how much we can cram in here" game as before, making the bag heavy and cumbersome. Once I pared down to the stuff I intended to carry in the first place, the bag was easy to shoot out of and carry—exactly what I was looking for. For trips to the office, travel, and gigs where I just need the basics, this will be my go-to. When I need more gear, I'll look to one of my larger bags and resist the urge to cram this one full.

Very nice travel or casual day bag. Also fits in my motorcycle. It is what I will take for air travel. My D800 and Trinity lenses all fit nicely along with some accessories. Shoulder strap fits me comfortably across the chest (I'm 6-2") and the optional backpack straps also work very well. Build quality seems very good.

Comments about Think Tank Photo Urban Disguise 35 V2.0 (Black):

I'm very pleased with the Urban Disguise 35 V2.0. The middle lens compartment holds my Nikon D7000 and Nikkor 70-200mm f/4 with lens hood attached in shooting position; the other compartments: one holds my Sigma 50-150mm while the other holds an additional lens or my eyeglass case and small waterproof case with lipstick & small hand sanitizer.

I carried the bag the day after I received it to a 5-10K obstacle mud race and kiddie race with the above items. As I jogged between the stations I was shooting, not once did I feel uncomfortable or that the bag struggled; and I had this bag on my shoulder for close to 5 hours!

              Pros:

              • Gusseted front pocket prevents any items from falling out when unzipping

              • Sturdy functional hardware buckles that rotate, preventing shoulder strap from twisting and/or bunching up

              • Stands upright with gear inside; doesn't tip over

              • Gray lining allows items to be readily seen/found

              • Exterior slip pocket can easily fit an iPhone 5 without worrying that it will fall out

              • Adjustable should strap is well padded

              Extras (what I didn't expect):

              • Bottom backpack rings can be tucked away, providing a neater look

              • Removable should strap and carry straps are trimmed/topstitched in white, giving a more upscale look; fabric also "feels good to touch"

              • Semi-rolled carry handles can be fastened together, giving a neater look

              • Main and laptop compartments have zipper hardware that can be locked (you must purchase the locks)

              Didn't Test (I didn't test these features because I don't carry my tablet and I own a 17" laptop)

              • I use the laptop compartment for papers, my house keys, iPhone charger; whatever that can fit comfortably within the space

              • I haven't used the tablet pocket yet

Improvements for the Next Version (because there's always room for improvement and these items don't take away from my rating, IMO ThinkTank should do the following)

              • Offer a waterproof version

              • Offer locks to accommodate the zipper pulls that can be locked (one stop shopping?)

              • Add feet to protect the bottom of the bag

              • Update packaging material that states that a pixel pocket organizer is included; according to the Think Tank website, it is not

              • Up the disguise factor by removing the Think Tank logo (5/8 x 1 3/8 inches) from the front of the bag

As usual, kudos to B&H on pricing, ordering, packaging, and delivery! They continue to offer and exceed excellent customer service!

This bag is excellent. High quality, perfect size and light weight.

                  It can easily hold a D800 body and tree lenses (70 200mm, 14 24mm or 24 70mm and a 50mm). It is also big enough for a 13" computer.

It is my dream shoulder bag. Highly recommended.

Great small bag for everyday use and as a small carry on for travel.

This bag is perfect for a small kit to cruise shooting around town. Very comfortable size and padded shoulder strap.

Will vertically fit my Nikon 70-200mm f2.8 with D7000 attached which was a pleasant surprise with this small of a bag! It will be perfect as a "personal item" when traveling and space is really limited (ie. small regional jets).

Also, there is a harness system by Think Tank that converts the Urban Disguise bags into backpacks that also works really great!! The harness is small, lightweight and compact but provides a comfortable, padded solution when in use!!

Comments about Think Tank Photo Urban Disguise 35 V2.0 (Black):

Was looking for a compact bag that was not only "incognito" but could hold my gear AND laptop. I'll admit, the Fro Knows Photo Youtube review on the UD 35 V2.0 sold me on this item. He brought to my attention that you could covert this shoulder bag to a backpack (should harness sold separately). It was exactly what I was looking for and so therefore, a definite purchase on my end.

The material for this product is not only solid and durable but also doesn't attract the attention like other camera bags do. Like I mentioned earlier, the word here is "incognito". Since the purchase, I had added other Think Tank products (from their modular component line) to attach onto the UD 35 V2.0. Very clever on the part of the Think Tank design to leave it up to the photographer to add-on and convert the camera bags at will.

AND the best part is it can fit my 400 2.8L lens! Well, not perfectly (tail end poking out from the top, which can be covered with supplied rain cover) but just enough for transport on those days when I feel like giving my arms/hands a rest from lugging around heavy gear all day.

Bag Straps and other accessories sold separately. But did I mention all the neat nooks, crannys and comparments? There. I just did.

This bag is well built. All the materials used are of high quality. I was torn between this and the Retrospective. But this won out because I can highly customize it to fit my needs and it does have the rear trolley sleeve. Also I chose this over the other Urban Disguise because when used with the shoulder harness v2.0 this doesn't look awkward and does look like a decent backpack.

Love how compact this bag is but I do know it can fit a pro body with the trinity lens. Currently I have in it my D800 with 24-70 with hood in place, 50mm 1.4g, and an SB 700.
