The black Shoulder Harness V2.0 from Think Tank permits you to change your optional Think Tank bag into a backpack. It's compatible with their optional Urban Disguise 35, 40, 50, 60, 70 Pro (V1.0 or V2.0), Artificial Intelligence 15 V2.0 and Artificial Intelligence 17 V2.0 bags but is included with their Airport Check In Briefcase. It also accepts Think Tank Camera Support Straps.
The harness is strong and is valuable when you are traveling long distances and need your hands free for other pursuits such as dealing with ID issues, phone use, note taking or even eating. The harness is adjustable and comes with a sternum strap for additional stability and balance while on the trail or navigating city streets. When not needed, it compresses and can be easily stored.
Its hook and loop flap hides the rear buckle and D-Rings on the shoulder pads can be used to attach small accessories such as gloves or a light meter. For more capacity, there are stretchable pockets for cleaning cloths or other small quick access items. It's backed by Think Tank's lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects.

Comments about Think Tank Photo Shoulder Harness V2.0 (Black):
Even thought they straps are unpadded, the Sholder Harness V2.0 does a great job distributing the weight of my camer bag for long walks and when riding a motorcycle. When I get where I am going I switch to using a sholder strap for bett access.
I also found that with the Urban Disguise 35 I am loop the Shoulder Harness around only the front handle allowing easy access to the main compartment.

Comments about Think Tank Photo Shoulder Harness V2.0 (Black):
When you need to load up your medium or large size Urban Disguise and carry it a while, like on a plane trip, this harness will make it a breeze. It balances the load and keeps your hands free to deal with your other baggage. It's not padded like backpack straps, but it does detach and fold up compactly when you want to switch back to the shoulder strap. Makes the UD bag that much more useful.

Comments about Think Tank Photo Shoulder Harness V2.0 (Black):
Item is very durable. Materials used are of good quality. I give it 4 stars because I think the straps should be more padded like the ones found on their backpacks. It is easy to use and comfortable but I cannot speak for someone who has more gear than me. I only have a D800, 24-70, 50mm 1.4g, and SB700 in my Urban Disguise. I would still recommend this product though. It's an awesome accessory.

Comments about Think Tank Photo Shoulder Harness V2.0 (Black):
Think Tank should include this with all of their urban disguise bags or perhaps have a choice wether you want a shoulder strap or a harness, because it's that awesome. If your shoulder hurts from using a shoulder strap the harness distributes the weight and for me it no longer hurts to carry my equipment.
