The 2.5" (13 cm) to 3.5" (8.9 cm) Drive Adapter Bracket from Other World Computing allows you to securely and easily install a 2.5" (6.35 cm) form factor hard drive or SSD in a 3.5" (8.9 cm) side mount drive bay. You just need to place the drive on the bracket, attach it via the provided drive screws and then attach the assembly onto a 3.5" (8.9 cm) drive bay's bracket via the included bracket screws.
Note! *While compatible with side mounted bays like those found in some PCs and PowerMacs; this bracket is not compatible with bottom-mounting drive bays like those in the Mac Pro and early G4 Towers.
- The Adapter Bracket is suitable to install a 2.5" (6.35 cm) form factor hard drive or SSD in a 3.5" (8.9 cm) side mount drive bay.
- The Adapter is made of aluminum and is blue in color.
