I've had a few Kodak Zx3s previously, both for personal use and for gifts. Features that appeal to me most are instant shutter (because of fixed focus), so that a once in a lifetime shot can sometimes be snapped, the great video considering camera and sensor size, replaceable batteries so the cam does not need to be tethered to an outlet, and ease of use in general. The big bonus with the Burton Edition is the pizzazz factor, coupled with the inclusions of a remote and a wrist/leg holder for action video. Is it good at everything? Of course not. But I love it.

I actually returned mine, to get something fancier. But that doesn't mean it wasn't a good camera. I just wanted to spend 7 times more for something that shoots better in low light. But now I can't go swimming with it or not care if it drops on the floor.

This is the best video camera I've ever owned. The biggest plus is that I can take it anywhere because it fits in my pocket unlike my MiniDV. I'm not a film maker so this is perfect for home movies and the like.

I use this as an action cam/basic camcorder. Takes sharp video (except in low light). Image stabilization is a big plus. Instant shutter when taking pictures is a huge plus! No missed photos with this device. Picture quality is decent. Don't expect professional quality with this size sensor, but it is still crisp and clear. Changeable battrey is also good. Speed 6 sd card surprised me. Sound is good. Waterproof mic does lose some of the crispness though.
