Comments about RF-Link 2 Port HDMI USB KVM Switch with Cables:
I use the HDMI KVM two-port switch to alternate between my PC and my Macbook Pro. I am a bestselling writer, and I compose on the PC, but I use the Macbook Pro to convert the manuscript to e-book formats. Having a KOVM switch so that I only need a single keyboard and monitor and mouse to work on both computers saves me a lot of rearranging cables and such to do this work. The HDMI USB KVM switch is just perfect for the tasks involved.

Comments about RF-Link 2 Port HDMI USB KVM Switch with Cables:
Everything about this piece was just right except I was unable to get the hot key switching to work consistently. I eventually figured out that just sticking to the switch on the box rendered consistent and reliable switching. Not a clue why the hot key solution failed. Spent a lot of time trying to enable it but nothing worked reliably and it would lock up my mouse and keyboard when it did actually switch between computers. So I'm simply using the physical switch on the box and it works every time without incident. That's why I've knocked off 1 star. Otherwise very happy with this piece of equipment.

Comments about RF-Link 2 Port HDMI USB KVM Switch with Cables:
I bought two of them. The company bought me a MacBookPro 2012 for work that I use at home too. I switch between the Windows desktop and the MBP maybe 10 times a day. The KVM works very well between the two OSes.
Also, the screen at home and at work are both at 1920x1200. The desktop PC and the MBP drive at this resolution without troubles.
Also, Mac USB keyboards work well. However, I have to use the Select button in place of keyboard keys to switch between two environments. Windows keyboards doesn't have this problem and work very well without a glitch.
