Comments about Belt Clip for Lifeproof iPhone 4/4S Case:
We have 2 iPhones and managed to have both destroyed by getting them wet. We bought Lifeproof cases for both and clips to carry them on belts. They are great. They release easy, rotate freely and seem very tough.

Comments about Belt Clip for Lifeproof iPhone 4/4S Case:
So far I'm impressed with the appearance of the quality. I broke at least 3 of the otter box clips. This clip has a metal pivot rod instead of plastic. Time will tell if it can hold up to my abuse. It is a little awkward to clip in and release. Sometimes I feel like I need to use two hands.

The locking mechanism frequently locks by itself

Comments about Belt Clip for Lifeproof iPhone 4/4S Case:
It is an improvement over the Otter Box, but it has one weakness. The sliding switch that locks the clip in place over the phone frequently slides into the "locked" position all by itself. It needs a firm hold knob so it can't move by itself. Otherwise, it is well designed. Time will tell if the whole thing is tough enough for me. I would snap 2-3 Otter Box belt clips each year on my old iPhone 3s.
