The black Kingston DataTraveler Micro USB Flash Drive is an ultra-compact, 8GB USB 2.0 flash drive ideal for storing, transferring and sharing files such as photos, videos, music and more. Thanks to its super-small form factor, the DataTraveler Micro is safe to leave plugged in even when you're on the go.
Most mobile devices are designed to be small and thin leaving little room for storage. The DataTraveler Micro allows you to add up to 8GB of memory to devices such as tablet PC's, notebooks, car stereos and more. Also, the drive is bus powered for simple, plug-and-play use. It is compatible with Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP and Mac OS X v.10.6 or higher, as well as Linux v.2.6 or higher. It does not offer password protection. I bought this to use in my car. I have a in-dash JVC media player with a front USB port. I loaded this baby up with music and plugged it in. Works perfectly. I love the tiny size - it doesn't stick out very far at all - yet it is plenty fast.

I bought this for my son to use in his truck. He has a USB port that can be used to listen to music stored on a flash drive. The tiny size of this makes it a perfect fit since it barely sticks out of the radio. With 8GB, he can carry most of his music with him.
