The black Kingston DataTraveler Micro USB Flash Drive is an ultra-compact, 16GB USB 2.0 flash drive ideal for storing, transferring and sharing files such as photos, videos, music and more. Thanks to its super-small form factor, the DataTraveler Micro is safe to leave plugged in even when you're on the go.

The DataTraveler Micro allows you to add up to 16GB of memory to devices such as tablet PC's, notebooks, car stereos and more. Also, the drive is bus powered for simple, plug-and-play use. It is compatible with Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP and Mac OS X v.10.6 or higher, as well as Linux v.2.6 or higher. It does not offer password protection. It's about the size of a postage stamp-- you remember those?
Simple, easy to use, no complaints.
It's worth mentioning that the unit ships formatted in MS/DOS, which limits total partition size to 4GB. So, you need to format for OSX or EXFAT, which allow use of all 16GB. EXFAT is compatible between Mac and Windows, so is the most useful. Just use the Disk Utility app on Macs, don't know the equivalent on Windows...

I use flash drives for transporting files too big to email and always have one in my pocket. This is truly micro and you don't even realize it's in your pocket. It also has a cover that keeps the pocket lint out. When plugged into the PC it only sticks out a slight amount. IMO it's more user friendly than the larger drives.

Don't let it's size fool you.
16GB in such a small package.
I have my entire music library on this flash drive which I leave attached to the USB port in my car.
With its small size, it does no get in the way. Only sticks out about 1/2 inch.
