I use an Apogee Mic for music recording and as a boom mic. I use my IPhone as my audio capturing Device so the 3M cable and the Mic stand mount was a must for me. It works Fantastic. I live on a budget so it works well for me to get things that can be used in multiple hobbies.

I ordered the Mic and relised that the longer cords would be much prefered. The Apogee store didn't even have them in stock. Through my searching I found them here and they came in great time. Everything works great and I would be happy to order again.

The longer cables definitely come in handy. The mic stand adapter is necessary if mounting the Mic on a boom stand for better mic placement options when doing live recording.

After searching thru other sites to get this product because B&H was closed for a holiday and I wanted it asap, I found that the other sites had a price slightly higher and they had none in stock. Even direct from Apogee would have been about [$]more. Hooray for free shipping!!!The extra long cables are perfect for use in a vocal booth or when recording on video with limited space in the frame.It has a great sound and is very easy to connect. Power and mute buttons would have been nice though since it stays connected to my computer and is always on.
