Comments about Panasonic Wxga Lcd 4000 Lumens Projector:
I am an AV Guy by trade, and I bought this for my personal and side business use.
I have come across many of the common portable projectors for small / medium size use, and this one holds up fairly well. I have shown Powerpoints, Movies, and the Superbowl on this projector so far, with pretty good result.
However, The following are my Cons:
Black Level display: I could notice poor display of dark areas of a dynamically lit image, but on certain projector setting tweaks on gamma and iris I could see improved result.
no Horizontal Lens shift: this unit only has vertical lens shift, which is nice, but leaves me lacking. Using this for a conference powerpoint setup, horizontal lens shift would've really helped me put the projector in an open space away from the seating.
Conclusion: the very competitive price, brightness, definition and flexibility makes this projector quite competitive and a bargain deal. But be aware that you cant always get what you want, with the price you hope for.

Comments about Panasonic Wxga Lcd 4000 Lumens Projector:
We recently improved our Church's Sound and Video Booth capabilities. It was recommended that I use the Panasonic PT-WV430U LCD Projector for the rear wall projection (where the platform people use this display as a cue card). It has exceeded what I hoped for in cost, size, instillation, quality of picture, and ease of operation. This unit has the capability of selecting what type of screen/wall it is to be projected on... I did not have to purchase a 6' X 9' screen because the wall display worked well. Our Worship Team have a real appreciation of quality video display. I will replace the front projector with the same unit when the time comes.

We needed a replacement projector for our auditorium that seats 400. No problems with it. Great, bright projector

Comments about Panasonic Wxga Lcd 4000 Lumens Projector:
I bought 3 of these projectors to use in conjunction with a TripleHead2Go and the Edge Blending module in ProPresenter 5. I was on a pretty tight budget of around $. In the past I have bought really cheap, $ Eiki projectors that literally did not last 6 months. So, I really wanted to get some projectors that would hopefully last longer. So far I've only had them for a week, but they seem to be much better quality (which I expected from Panasonic).Right away the brightness stood out compared to the 2500 ANSI Lumen projectors we have on our main screens. The only negative about the picture is that each projector looks different (which is not very good when you're trying to blend 3 pictures together). However, I expected this. The only way to get around that problem is to buy better projectors. Nonetheless, it works well enough. On initial testing, I loved the automatic keystone feature. However, it seems to not work if you hanging it from the ceiling (which I would think would be the way most projectors are hung). The zooming capabilities are quite nice. Since the native resolution is 16:10, it can cover a 10ft. wide span from 10ft. away.Overall, I am quite happy with this projector.
