The Pavilion dv6-7137 15.6" Notebook Computer (Black) from Hewlett Packard is a portable entertainment PC designed for people who want to bring their media with them on the road. The 15.6" HD widescreen display features LED backlighting and HP BrightView technology. The 1366 x 768 native resolution is powered by integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000.
Beats Audio is exclusive to HP notebook computers and is provided through integrated quad speakers. The rear pair of speakers can tilt forward to kick the sound right at you for the ultimate listening experience. This HP notebook also has a HP TripleBass Reflex Subwoofer for added bass. Beats Audio is unlike other laptop speakers because it can eliminate electronic background noise, go from whisper quiet to blasting loud without flattening out the sound, add powerful amplifiers for full-bodied sound and a bass boost button to pump up volume even more.
The system is powered by a quad-core Ivy Bridge 2.3GHz Intel Core i7-3610QM processor. It also has 8GB of DDR3 RAM, a 640GB 5400rpm hard drive, a SuperMulti DVD burner, 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with WiDi support, a digital media card reader, an integrated fingerprint reader, an integrated webcam and digital microphone. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) is the installed operating system.

Great Laptop. Solid construction, nice screen and the keyboard feel is great.
The only problem is the ethernet jack cover is a bit of a pain to use - if you're on wireless then this is a great laptop for the pricepoint/performance.

Great Laptop. Solid construction, nice screen and the keyboard feel is great.
The only problem is the ethernet jack cover is a bit of a pain to use - if you're on wireless then this is a great laptop for the pricepoint/performance.
