This disc is great; it plays out like a series of teaser trailers for PS CS6. I couldn't stop watching; it was getting me so hyped to take my new software for a spin!
The host/instructor wasn't dry; he spoke in an informal, relateable way. He even was honest when it came to those fluff updates that most of us probably won't use much.
I actually learned where to find things that had moved or how to apply new settings. I would definitely get into some more Kelby Training vids.
My one issue was that they have videos for ipod/iphone, so while I watched on my ipad, it was tiny video.

I brought my new mac from B&H along with I bought a bundle offer CS6, LR4 along with DVD: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 Crash Course and DVD: What's New in Adobe Photoshop CS6.
Kelbytrainign has produced a lot of training materials including DVD and Books, but somehow DVD: What's New in Adobe Photoshop CS6 did not work in my new MAC. Every time I have tried to insert the DVD MAC eject the DVD. I have installed CS6 and LR4 using same DVD Drive, and they get installed without making any problem.
My first impression while opening up the box is CS6 and LR4 are well packed but the DVD: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 Crash Course and DVD: What's New in Adobe Photoshop CS6 they come without having proper pack. No box. Only a paper made DVD cover. Both DVD(s) has got hairline scratch on the surface – that will go to the DVD burner.
Immediately I have report the problem to B&H Customer Service, and B&H took prompt action in this regard and re-send another DVD: What's New in Adobe Photoshop CS6. I didn't get this till now – hopefully it will work.
Bottom line is I am very much satisfied with my new MAC, CS6, LR4 and B&H Customer Service, but kelbytraining disappoints me.

Love the adobe production suite, it gives me all the necessary components for video production editing, animation, illustration and also photo editing. I highly recommend this software. And god please, other video production companies need to stop relying on final cut pro for their video editing, there's more out there for filmmakers and adobe is number 1 on my list..

Having not ever used Photoshop before, this video was really not that helpful. However, this DVD did highlight some of the changes to Photoshop and in that sense, was very informative and helped to give me some insight as to just how powerful Photoshop is.
