The Bescor LED-500 Studio Light and Battery Kit (100-240VAC) is a great way for videographers on the run to light interviews, events or spot news. The super-bright 504 5.0mm LEDs produce an impressive 3,100 lux at 39" (1.0 m) with a color temperature of 6,500K, while drawing only 0.3 amps. The dimmable fixture measures 12 x 11 x 1.37" allowing you to place it where other larger hot lights just can't go. And with its multi-voltage AC adapter, the LED-500 can go anywhere in the world where there's electricity. No electricity? No problem - this kit comes with a lead acid battery that will keep you shooting for up to 2 hours. Besides the LED-500 and battery, the kit also includes a removable filter, 74" light stand, universal AC adapter, multi-voltage charger and 12V car accessory adapter.

I will use it for lighting outdoor camp scenes mainly. Its great because it is so portable. It didnt come with barn doors and it may be difficult to travel with the big battery if I ever have to fly. But other than that its great for the price.
