The Macro Conversion Lens for G-Series Cameras from Panasonic provides a dramatically reduced minimum focusing distance, allowing you to shoot subjects a mere 5.5 - 6.0" away from the lens--depending on which camera lens this converter is attached to. Its compact, lightweight design allows anyone to experience the fun and ease of switching lenses, without having to buy large and expensive standalone lenses.
Enjoy a greater variety of control over the photographic process, as well as your creativity and expression, by easily attaching or removing the conversion lens whenever you need it. It works best at capturing close-up photographs of flowers, insects, and the little things our eyes may normally glance over.
There is an included adapter for use with Panasonic's H-PS14042 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 lens, as well as the H-H014 14mm f/2.5 lens. Because of this, the included adapter makes the Macro Conversiom lens compatible with all of the G-Series cameras. Attach the appropriate adaptor ring to the correct H-PS14042 or H-H014 G-Series lens and camera, and you can immediately begin shooting with this macro conversion lens.
- Closest focusing distance is 5.5" with the H-H014 lens, and 6.0" with the H-PS14042 lens
- Capture the finer details in life with an up close and personal view of your subjects
- Has a compact, lightweight design for great mobility suitable for shooting fine details of small or close-up items and textures--that standard lenses cannot capture
- Includes an Adaptor Ring for use with the H-PS14042 and H-H014 lenses. You will need one of Panasonics interchangeable lenses to use this conversion lens - it does not attach directly to a G-Series camera. Attach the appropriate, included adaptor ring to the correct G-Series lens and you can begin shooting with this macro conversion lens.

This conversion lens was an addition for my Panasonic GX1 & G X Vario PZ 14-42mm. The size & weight of the conversion lens are in keeping with the compact & light weight GX1. The construction quality is good. I have been quite satisfied with the photo quality.
