The Case is as described in the website. Its tough and durable. Not so much padding though. It will not prevent dings on the tripod legs when it bumps into things.

This looks like a great way to carry your tripod about. It being padded is a great plus too. Prevents damage when being bumped during transport.

Comments about Ruggard Padded Tripod Case (27", Black with Yellow Embroidery):
I used the tripod case on a recent trip and was able to check it as baggage. The handle and strap made it easy to carry to and from the airport. It also meant i saved $ not having to ship my tripod each way to San Francisco.
(I fly Southwest and have no baggage charge). When I discovered that it takes 7 days to ship to the West Coast, this was the answer.

Comments about Ruggard Padded Tripod Case (27", Black with Yellow Embroidery):
This tripod case is not worth even the low price that it has. 1.) the zipper only goes on top of case and not on the ends, therefore if you have a tripod with a ballhead on it you will have to remove the ballhead to get them in the case 2.) the padding is almost non existent 3.) the shoulder strap cannot be removed, therefore is in the way much of the time. 4.) the only thing that is good is the embroidery, but if I was the company I would NOT put my name on the bag for fear someone would know who made the bag. The only thing these bags are good for is IF YOU have to go to an event and give a prize you can get rid of it that way... BUT if your name is going to be on the gift, DO NOT USE THESE ...

Comments about Ruggard Padded Tripod Case (27", Black with Yellow Embroidery):
Actually I bought this to carry around a bass clarinet/bassoon stand. While it is perhaps just a bit thin for this purpose, the price was right. It also has a shoulder strap that I don't think was mentioned in the description.
