The K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard from Logitech is a brushed aluminum Bluetooth wireless keyboard that makes a perfect match for a PC, tablet or smartphone. Once paired, you can use it from up to 30 feet away from your device. The keys are laser-etched and backlit, allowing you to type in low light or even in the dark. The level of illumination automatically adjusts according to the light conditions of your room, or you can manually adjust it if you choose. A motion sensor detects your hands as they approach the keyboard and turns the backlight on and off to help you save power when you're not typing.
A very handy feature of this keyboard is that you can easily switch between your devices. At the press of a button, you can go from typing an email on your Windows PC to taking notes on your iPad to replying to a text on your Android smartphone.
The keyboard is designed for Windows 8, and features specific keys to help you navigate the Windows 8 style user interface. The Windows 8 Start key offers an easy way to get back to your start screen, while the App Switching FN key lets you go between your open apps. The keyboard also works with Windows 7, iOS and Android operating systems.
The keyboard charges via USB and affords between 10 days and one year of power, depending on the intensity of illumination and time spent typing. An on/off switch on the right side panel helps to conserve power when you're not using the keyboard. A battery indicator light turns red when you need to power up, and green when the keyboard is charging.
Type comfortably thanks to the unique Logitech keycap design. The concave key surface complements the natural profile of your fingertips and helps you better locate each key for an improved typing experience. The key edges are softly rounded so your fingertips glide smoothly from key to key. The PerfectStroke key system distributes typing force evenly across the key surfaces making every keystroke silent, natural and fluid.

Product use for my Asus Taichi and Samsung Galaxy S2. Use keyboard when I want to position myself further from the screen. Works great when you want to type quickly for SMS/ text on the smartphone.
What's great about it:
1)With 3 individual bluetooth buttons, I can easily switch from connecting with Taichi or Galaxy S2. The pairing works flawlessly even when devices are switched off and then turn on, does not loose connection memory
2)Even with my separate silicon keyboard dust cover, I could still see the keys with the illumination
2)Auto sensing illumination great for dim or dark rooms
3)Keys are responsive and great feel
4)Frees up my USB port with the bluetooth
What's not so good:
1)Some keys eg Copy and Paste shortcuts require pressing of additional FN keys
2)No one button action for PgDn Pgup, Home, End...etc keys

Comments about Logitech K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard:
I use this keyboard to connect to both my iTouch 5 and Lenovo Yoga laptop (better keyboard than the Yoga's and I don't accidentally activate the touchpad). The bluetooth connection works instantly with the laptop and after a couple of seconds with the iTouch. The quality and feel of the keyboard is very good and the backlighting works great as well. The only fault I can come up with is that it would have been nice if they had made a cover for it because it travels well. As it is, I put it in a padded mailer for travel. Also, this is my second unit. The first one I got from TigerDirect and the Caps Light died afte about 20 days. Got my money back and B&H's price was even better (so far, so good in regards to the Caps light working).

Comments about Logitech K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard:
Great keyboard however it is primarily designed for a windows application. I use this for a ipad 3rd Generation and it works great. I do however wish it supported autocorrect and had programmable shortcut keys.
Other than that this is a good product. Great design, durable and for the price you cannot beat it. Best feature is you have three keys I'm which you can set up three different devices. Ex. (key 1 for iPad, key 2 for iPhone, key 3 for pc, android device or a second iPhone).
Comments about Logitech K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard:
I have been using this keyboard for about a week. I have used various keyboards, including the Apple wireless keyboard. I would say that this keyboard compares favorable to the Apple keyboard. It is small, light, and the keys are well spaced making it easy and a joy to use.
Comments about Logitech K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard:
This keyboard is awesome! it connected to my Macbook air and my PS3 so effortlessly and has worked without any dropped connections to either ever since. I have a little apple keyboard and prefer this keyboard's feel, plus it is backlit. I have nothing negative to say about this keyboard. Would definitely buy it again

Comments about Logitech K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard:
I bought this primarily to use with an iPad I have installed in my car dash. I soon found that I like using it more with my Apple TV3.
In the car, this keyboard is great - the illumination is a must have in this environment and the thin profile allows it easily to be tucked into a map pocket on the back of the seat when not in use.
With the latest software update on the Apple TV, you can now use a bluetooth keyboard. This is very handy for searching and I find it easier to navigate with the arrow keys than the Apple TV remote.
The simple setup and dedicated keys for 3 devices menas you won't get any interference if you have it paired to more than one device as it will communicate only with the selected device.
There is no lag, the feedback from the keys seems like most thin profile laptops and the illumination is simply great.
B&H had the best price and they shipped quickly.
Comments about Logitech K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard:
I bought this to sync with my laptop and iPad and it works great. I love the fact that it lights up when I hover my hands over it. I like the feel of the keys when I am typing. The compact size is great, but you do lose things like the dedicated pgup and pgdn keys, but you can get that functionality using the fn key.

The bells and whistles of this keyboard made it well worth the price. The battery life, auto dimming, quick connecting and portability made me feel a little less guilty about the price tag. I like this much better than the apple keyboard I was considering.

Comments about Logitech K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard:
I really like this keyboard for a number of reasons. First and foremost is the ability to connect to up to three devices with the push of a button. This functionality is actually why I bought it in the first place. I have a Nexus 7 and an iPad which are often beside my computer when I work. I like the Nexus swipe entry but hate the touch type on the iPad screen. With this keyboard you simply pair to each device, assigning it one of three buttons. Whenever you want to connect to a device, you simply push the button. That's it. The one thing which is irritating is that I often forget that I have paired with another device when I go back to try to type on the computer... but that is hardly the keyboard's fault. Next... I really like that when you place your hands near the keyboard, the keys light up. This serves no real function unless you use it with a television or type with the lights off. I actually turned this feature off since it doesn't serve any purpose (even though I just like it) and it drains the charge much, much quicker. Next is that it has a rechargeable battery which you can just hook up a mini USB cable to so that you can charge while you use it. That is a nice feature... you don't have to put it in a charging stand. Finally I like the compact size. Although the keys are normal size, they really did a great job making it small. I like that both aesthetically and practically (doesn't take up a lot of room). The only caution is that there is no number pad. So if you are someone who either likes the number pad or does a lot of math... maybe this would prove to big a drawback. Otherwise... you just use the numbers in the normal location above the letters. I've seen some reviews that criticize the price as being too expensive compared with other Bluetooth keyboards but I think the three dedicated Bluetooth pairing buttons make it worth every penny. I purchased a second one for my office because there I use my Nexus 7 to answer personal emails and it just saves me a lot of time and aggregation.
Comments about Logitech K810 Illuminated Bluetooth Keyboard:
I was looking for a keyboard to replace my old Logitech G11. I'm not a PC gamer but a feature I had to have was back-lit keys. I browsed Logitech's website for options and found the K810. Not only was this keyboard back-lit but it was wireless and smaller (space between keys is standard so it doesn't feel small). And I also liked that the keyboard used Bluetooth and supported 3 paired devices. I then thought to myself that this would be the perfect keyboard as I could pair it with my PC, PS3, and cellphone. With a simple press of a key I could switch from typing on 1 device to another. I would have given this keyboard a 5/5 but nothing is perfect and my only issue would be that you need a Bluetooth dongle if your computer doesn't already have it built in. Lucky for me I had several Bluetooth dongles that I purchased for next to nothing years ago. There was no problems pairing any of my devices and there is no lag when typing. Another neat feature is the proximity sensor which helps save battery. When you aren't typing the back light is off but as soon as your fingers get near the keyboard it lights up for easy typing in the dark.
