In addition, you can monitor your residential premises via Skype from almost any place in the world that has Internet connectivity. The monitoring system consists of a 3.5" (88.9mm) portable LCD color monitor and a wireless pan / tilt camera, and uses a private, secure, and interference-free wireless connection for transmitting signals.
Along with a 4.5mm F2.8 lens, the wireless camera also features a CMOS sensor that enables it to capture clear videos at a maximum resolution of 656 x 488 pixels. A diagonal viewing angle of 41°, coupled with the camera’s panning and tilting capabilities, allows for coverage of a broad surveillance area.
Even at night, this camera can record clear images up to a distance of 20’ (6 m). Thanks to 2-way audio communication between the camera and monitor, you can speak and even sing lullabies to your baby. It even comes with an integrated temperature sensor that is handy for keeping a tab on the temperature in the baby’s room.
The 3.5" (88.9mm) portable LCD color monitor displays live video feed and supports multiple viewing modes such as single and quad split-screen. By switching off the LCD screen, this display can be turned into an audio monitor. As your baby begins to crawl out of the crib and into the living room, you can add up to 3 cameras to this system to expand its coverage.

I currently use this product as a baby monitor since I have a 20 month old daughter but it works so well that my tec savvy husband is finally jealous of something that I get to use all the time. This product has taken so much stress of my mind since I can now go anywhere around my home and get things done without worrying if my daughter is ok. At night my daughter had a noise machine running in her room and I worried that it might interfere but I was happily surprised to find that it done not interfere at all. The sound is clear and so I the pic. I love that I can move the camera remotely and my daughter will even talk to it to ask me questions if she is in there playing while I am in another room. If she wakes while I am on the other side of the house I can calm her and make sure she knows I am on my way by using the two way talk. The night vision is great I can check on my daughter at anytime of night. I also love that I can turn the screen off at night. I plan I buying even more cameras to add to this system so I can have a full home monitoring system and I can keep an eye on my little one as she grows with having to hover over here which with give her the sense that she can do things in her own. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great baby monitoring system or even a home monitoring system. After all my research this site has had the best price for the set by far.

Overall a good monitor. Colors are not vibrant and it lacks in that area. Great night vision, and monitor size is awesome. I bought this specifically to use for Internet viewing which it is capable of doing using Skype. One thing I wish I had known up front is that in order view the image over Skype the handheld monitor must be plugged to the computer and Skype must be on and able to accept the remote call. This limits what I wanted. I was hoping to be able to be at work and pull up the feed to say hi or whatever while working in order to facilitate that it means whomever is watching the baby can't carry around the hand held monitor. If you're looking for that type of use I'd recommend you just get an ip camera.
