The XPS 13 XPS13-9001SLV 13" Ultrabook Computer from Dell features an aluminum and carbon fiber design with a svelte chassis. With a super slim profile of 0.71", a weight of just under 3 pounds and up to 8 hours and 53 minutes of battery life, this Dell Ultrabook was built for ultimate mobility.
The 13" HD widescreen display on this Dell Ultrabook is backlit with LED lamps, which brighten faster, use less power and are more energy efficient than their CCFL counterparts. The screen has a 16:9 aspect ratio and is bonded with Corning Gorilla Glass to protect against scratches. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000 provides a 1366 x 768 native resolution.
The system is powered by a dual-core 1.7GHz Intel Core i7-2637M processor. It also has 4GB of 1333MHz DDR3 RAM, a 256GB solid state drive, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, an integrated webcam and microphone. There are also built-in stereo speakers. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) is the installed operating system.

The product is used mostly during my travels, for web browsing and media related purposes.
Its best features are:
- its portability and weight (or lack there of);
- its great finishing and the use of great material on its shell;
- comfortable for long term use despite its size;
- the fact that it's probably the best Ultrabook on the market, comparable to an Airbook.
Cons:
- no HDMI output;
- battery life currently lasting for around 5 hours only;
- video card is decent comparing to other ultrabooks, but not quite good enough;
- only 2 USB ports;
Conclusion: the very best cost benefit ratio available. I'm very happy with my purchase
