The Sony 16GB SDHC Memory Card Class 10 UHS-I - 2-Pack from B&H is a set of 2 identical Secure Digital High Capacity memory cards for cameras or other electronic devices with SD slots. Equipped with 16GB of data storage capacity, each card has plenty of space for saving your work and your memories. The cards' Class 10 rating enables them to deliver minimum write speeds of 10MB/s, but their Ultra High Speed Class 1 designation gives them maximum write speeds of up to 45MB/s. This UHS-I classification also gives the cards blazing-fast maximum read speeds of 94MB/s.

Comments about Sony 16GB SDHC Memory Card Class 10 UHS-I - 2-Pack:
I'm not sure why so many people have issues with these cards. Perhaps the fact I'm using it with a Sony product made for using UHS-I cards helps.
Comparing these cards to the Sandisk Extreme Pro 95 mb/s that I have, I can not tell a difference in speed. They both hit the camera buffer before hitting the limitation on the cards. I'm going on memory here since I did not write this down but on 3 shots/sec I was getting ~ 45 shots until it started slowing down. When going full out 12 shots/sec I was getting ~ 18 until it started slowing down.
As of now, I can not think of any cons. It comes with only a 1 year warranty, but what is a warranty really going to do for an SDHC card? If it goes bad, you lose the pictures no matter how long the warranty is.

Comments about Sony 16GB SDHC Memory Card Class 10 UHS-I - 2-Pack:
Great deal on fast cards but they error out in my D7000 every time. I tried formatting them to no avail. I Removed and re-inserted them several times but still did not work. The D7000 is rated for UHS-1 cards but there appears to be a compatability issue.

Comments about Sony 16GB SDHC Memory Card Class 10 UHS-I - 2-Pack:
They are ok as budget cards, however, the advertised speeds are simply not there. you can expect 10 MB/s on a burst, but typically you would see about 7.5-9 MB/s. Transcend and Sandisk both cost less and work faster on same files.
As another reviewer mentions, they do not come with a case and that makes it harder to keep them as spares in the camera bag or for any other purpose.

Comments about Sony 16GB SDHC Memory Card Class 10 UHS-I - 2-Pack:
My Canon HF100 could not record with these in FXP (the higher quality setting) mode, and required stepping down to a lower record rate. Both cards in the 2 for 1 deal did this, whereas an older class 6 card did fine in FXP. These cards are fine for jpegs but I wouldn't use them for HD video or RAW. Not B&H's fault, returned without a quibble.

Comments about Sony 16GB SDHC Memory Card Class 10 UHS-I - 2-Pack:
Not much to say about a memory card; it either works or it doesn't.
These work fine. They're from a solid company and sold for a good price.
I gave them 4 stars, though, instead of 5, because they're the only cards I've ever bought that don't come with a plastic case. Guess Sony saved three cents apiece on that, but it's a little inconvenient.
