Product Highlights
  • Helps Use Camera In Dim Settings
  • 1/4" Mount Bracket with 18" D-Tap Cable
  • LED Bulb on Adjustable Gooseneck
  • Mounts Optional microMount or microSpud

The D-tap version of Redrock Micro's rigLight Camera Illumination Accessory neatly attaches to a rig to help in operating a camera in dim-lit settings. A gooseneck design bends to point an LED bulb at whatever buttons or sections of the camera you want to see. The gooseneck and rigLight's power cable both extend from rigLight's mounting bracket. The power cable is 18" long and features a D-tap connector for connection to any D-tap power source, such as a brick battery. The mounting bracket has a 1/4" thread and can be attached to any 1/4" screw, to an optional quick-release microSpud, or to 15mm rods via an optional microMount.

Comments about Redrock Micro rigLight Camera Illumination Accessory (D-Tap Version):

It's exactly what I was looking for. No more fumbling in the dark. I can't believe it doesn't have an on and off switch. Come on guys theres enough money here for a switch. Build a switch, get 5 stars.

Comments about Redrock Micro rigLight Camera Illumination Accessory (D-Tap Version):

The rigLight mounts on rods using a microMount or on a RedRock cage using a microSpud. The D-tap version plugs into my Anton Bauer gold mount with ease. The gooseneck is especially helpful in throwing light on the controls you need to locate on a dark set. There have been a couple of times when I wish the light had an on-off switch, but it's not a big deal. This is a well-made, sturdy product--just what you'd expect from RedRock.
