The 8GB Iconia Tab A Series A110-07g08u 7" Tablet from Acer is an ultra-portable tablet equipped with a high-definition 10.1" WSVGA color LCD display has a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 1024 x 600 native resolution. It features the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and an nVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core mobile processor capable of 1.2GHz processing speeds. It features nVIDIA GeForce graphics and has internal 1GB of DDR3 RAM memory, as well as 8GB of flash storage capacity that can be expanded by an additional 32GB when using the microSD/microSDHC card slot.
The A110 features 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi wireless connectivity for accessing the Internet through a wireless home network or from a Wi-Fi hot-spot. It also supports Bluetooth 3.0+HS technology for wireless connection to Bluetooth-enabled devices. The A110 is outfitted with a headphone/speaker line-out, a high-speed micro-USB 3.0 port and a micro-HDMI port. The tablet is also endowed with a front-facing 2MP HD camera, a built-in speaker and a rechargeable 2-cell lithium-ion polymer battery.

I looked at every tablet I could find around including brands I have never heard of, but none of them had what I was looking for. Google Play store access, GPS, HDMI, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Front camera. Expandable storage is a big plus too. I didn't want to have to root my device and void the warranty to get what I wanted so this tablet is just about perfect for me. It's pretty fast, stable, looks good, and feels fairly sturdy. Audio and video play is good too. My only complaints are the battery life viewing angle, and camera. Battery life is not great compared to the competition, but it's acceptable to me. The viewing angle when held for landscape is fine side to side, but up and down is not great. If I remember correctly when I hold it with the Acer logo to the right tilting the top away looks fine, but tilting the top towards me results in a severely darkened image. To avoid this I simply hold it in the same orientation since I tend to hold it flat towards me or with the top tilted back slightly. The camera is ok for a video chat which is all I use it for, but I wouldn't even consider using for anything else. Not even stills for social media or classified ads.

I use it a lot with email, games, movies, time warner tv, netflix, tv remote, inteligent home, OBD2 engine diagnostics and many more.
The plus: (1)Quad CPU (2)HDMI (3)USB (4)Micro SD (5)Jelly Bean (6)GPS and more
If you do your own reading, this unit is faster and has more to offer than most products including the ipad mini.
The bad: At the moment, not a lot of options in cary case but as I said, no big deal.
