The 16GB iPod touch (Black) (4th Generation) from Apple now reaches its 4th generation, offering an incredible iPod, video camera, pocket computer, and portable game player all in a single sleek unit with exceptional battery life. First of all, B&H did an awesome job from beginning to end. The Customer Service rep was knowledgeable and delivery was quick.
I use my Music app the most as I linedance quite a bit, along with some informal linedance teaching.
Pros: It works great with my boombox or with any speaker system. I love that I can sync new apps or music purchases or whatever wirelessly.
Cons: I can't get the Weather, Map or Find iPhone apps to work as the locator doesn't recognize my correct location. And the Apple support techs are no help.

The iPod is great I mean it works a well as it can with the A4 processor. This is only the 4th generation so if you want to basically have a computer you should get the one above this one or the Samsung that actually has a computer processor. All in all I use it for checking my email and web work at school cuz I did not want to carry my computer around with me and the I pad was too big so I settled for the thing that was smaller with the same specs. It works well on the Internet. Safari tries but another Internet browser is recommended just can't tell you so there since there are so may of them. I can make this post really long but case and point if you want something small just for some basic to a bit more then basic this is good for you. If you are going to go all out on a tablet you should maybe look into something other then apple that is faster and more powerful. Just my opinion don't take it to heart

I bought this for my 8-year old son, as his first touch screen device. It is very responsive and has almost all the features of an iPhone, without the downside of a 2-year contract. The 4th generation iPod Touch is now pretty affordable. Highly recommend it.

I use my Ipod all the time. I love being able to go for walks and have great sounding music to listen to. I also play games, keep in touch with friends on Facebook, find out the weather and so many other things. The storage space is amazing. The only thing I might improve on is the ear buds. They fall out of my ears when I go for walks.

Another great product from Apple's line-up. You'll need a wireless Internet connection to take advantage of most of the iPod Touch's features, but without one you can still listen to music from your iTunes account and use other basic features, such as the camera and a few built in utility applications. I have had no real complaints about it, only a few minor ones. The iPod Touch gets scratched and smudged fairly easily, so I would recommend buying a protective case and cleaning clothe. Also, sometimes the iPod takes a little longer then I would like to load certain applications. But other then that and a little bit of getting used to the unfamiliar interface, I am very satisfied with the product. It functions great as a music-player, web-surfer, camera, and just about whatever else you would like it to do. There are even free applications that let you use you iPod as a phone while you have WiFi access. Overall great device; I highly recommend it.
