The mica/green Passport Sling II Bag from Lowepro is a multi-functional way to carry your photo gear and/or personals. This compact sling can hold your DSLR with attached zoom, one extra lens or flash along with a water bottle and some personal items such as passport, sunglass, ID and tickets. If you use a smaller CSC (compact system camera), it will accommodate the camera with attached zoom, two extra lenses or one lens, one flash plus the same personal items.
The sling is unique with its removable, red customizable insert that includes configurable dividers to arrange whatever gear you choose to carry. Use the dividers to separate your gear from your personals. Or, if you remove the insert entirely, you have a shoulder sling for clothes and personals to be used as a get-away bag. The Passport also makes a good second bag for a vacation since you can remove the insert completely, fold up the sling and place it within your larger luggage and use it when you arrive at your destination.
The sling features an expansion system whereby you can unzip the front and increase your storage space by 30% with the insert inside. Removing the insert entirely gives you 50% more space for clothing, phone, keys and other needed items for your adventure. Full access to the contents is via a full length zipper that runs along the top of the sling.
The Passport Sling II is made from 600D polyester and features a moisture-resistant non-slip exterior. The interior is a 210D nylon, brushed tricot combination. The exterior shell is 100% polyester and the lining is 99% nylon with 1% polyester. At only 1.1 lb, you'll hardly know you're carrying anything. Carry the Passport Sling II by its cam buckled shoulder strap that contains a removable shoulder pad. The Passport Sling II is backed by a limited lifetime warranty from Lowepro.

Comments about Lowepro Passport Sling II Bag (Mica/Green):
I use the Passport Sling II to house my Canon 7-D with a couple short length lenses. I think the bag is comfortable and versatile enough to adequately protect my equipment. The outward appearance doesn't scream camera bag which I appreciate. The expansion zipper is a very practical and functional feature. I would definitely recommend this sling as a day trip bag - something easy to travel with but not meant for serious storage of multiple lenses and bodies.

Comments about Lowepro Passport Sling II Bag (Mica/Green):
the somewhat new Lowepro bag is comfortable to carry around and it can hold well a camera of the size of the Canon 5d Mark III in addition to one or two lens. I must say that much research I content with my purchase.

Used this during my trip to Noway. Did a great job protecting my gear in snow. Despite freezing weather and wet conditions, my camera, lenses and misc items stayed dry

Comments about Lowepro Passport Sling II Bag (Mica/Green):
I got this as an everyday bag for travelling, and I'm very happy with the purchase. It's comfortable and big enough for my camera and a lens or two, with a few daily essentials (kindle, water bottle, wallet etc.)
The bag is well made, and very versatile. You can remove the camera padding and use it simply as a bag too. It looks great, and doesn't "look" like a camera bag either.
Great purchase!

Comments about Lowepro Passport Sling II Bag (Mica/Green):
I have searched for four years for just the right bag. This one is it. It holds a large DSLR camera body with a 24-70 lens attached and has room for an extra smallish lens (17-55 or Macro lens, for example) plus an extra battery and card. Plenty of padding for protection yet still light in weight and easy on the back. Great bag!

I absolutely love this bag. I've been trying a bunch of different kinds and this is by far my favorite. I carry it during the photoshoot and keep my extra gear in it, it's extremely easy to access, light, durable, and just plain handy.
