The Hunter Pro 75 DSLR Holster Bag from Ruggard is slightly larger than the Pro 65 and holds your camera face down, with lens attached in shooting position. When you're ready to shoot, simply remove your camera, get the shot and replace your DSLR in the bag. The zippered top of the bag opens away from your body for fast access to your gear. This also serves as a security feature since no one but you will be able to see inside the bag. The bag contains three removable dividers that can be configured to accommodate the gear you are carrying. The bag has a water-repellent exterior and smooth polyester lining that helps prevent scratches to the finish of your camera/lens combo.

For storage, there is a front zippered organizer panel with additional mesh pocket, exterior mesh side pocket and two side loops that accept optional pouches. On the inside of the bag's quick-release flap, there are two touch fastened memory card pockets. The bag is carried by its adjustable, removable padded shoulder strap, top carry handle or belt loop that will leave you hands free. The zippers have yellow pull tabs that make the bag easy to use while you're wearing gloves. A non-removable, rapid deploy rain cover is stored in a bottom zippered pocket. The bag also contains metal D-rings for attaching an optional chest harness.

Comments about Ruggard Hunter Pro 75 DSLR Holster Bag:

I found this bag in the New York store as a way to carry a Canon 70D with battery grip and a Sigma 50-500mm f/4-6.3 EX DG HSM Lens attached. It was significantly cheaper than the discontinued and hard to find Lowepro 75AW, which had been the only bag that I thought was big enough.

The bag includes a comfy strap, card and other storage and dividers at a great price.

I use this to take to my city's sports games.

Comments about Ruggard Hunter Pro 75 DSLR Holster Bag:

This is a very decent bag that does exactly what you need, and not much more. It is a holster bag that is the right size for a large DSLR with grip, and a long lens. It has pockets for memory cards, batteries, etc... It doesn't do anything not advertised though, so its not going to win my heart or anything, but it is definitely good enough for what I need.

Comments about Ruggard Hunter Pro 75 DSLR Holster Bag:

I recently used the Ruggard Hunter Pro 75 holster bag on a trip to the Caribbean.

In the main compartment I managed to fit my entire Nikon D700 with battery pack attached and mounted Nikon 135mm f/2 DC lens. There was left over room for a lens cloth and neck strap.

There was plenty of extra room in the smaller pouch for 4 extra batteries and a quick charger. Was easy to carry and stands upright.

I didn't have to worry about my camera getting dinged or filled with dust the entire trip. What a great purchase! I bought two of them.

This is great for just carrying a camera with an attached lens! I can even put an extra lens into the bag! It comes with several dividers so you can set them up any way you want to. It's also perfect for carrying personal items like your keys and wallet, so I don't have to tote it around with a purse, just by itself, which is very convenient. It is light weight and does not cause a lot of strain on my arms or back like most bags do. I use this for my Canon EOS 60D. It's the perfect bag if you plan on doing a lot of walking while you are shooting!

In general I like the bag. I got the larger version so I have room enough to carry most of my lens including the 200.
The one thing that I would change - I would like more Velcro support on the upper edges where the camera body is supported. There is a tendency to sag under the weight of the camera and lens.

Comments about Ruggard Hunter Pro 75 DSLR Holster Bag:

This is a handy little bag when you don't want to lug your back pack with all your gear around or for walk around when you don't want to have your camera in hand. It protects your gear from scratches and dings until you are ready to shoot. It does what it says and you can sometime carry extra lens as long as they are in the medium telephoto or short zoom range (provided you have the camera in hand of course). It also has some nice pockets for storing your SD and compact flash cards and the front pouch can store filters, pen etc. All in all it's a good product and will reduce wear and tear on your equipment or help maintain trade in value of your gear.

There really isn't a nice soft case for the 5D MKII, so I settled on this case instead. Very happy with the purchase. There are sections on each side on the camera for extra items and the shoulder strap is angled so it doesn't slide of your shoulder.

I needed a holster-type case to carry my Nikon D300S with attached lense, battery pack, etc. plus a few extra accessories when I had to lighten my photography kit for an overseas trip. I usually carry a backpack with lots of lenses, accessories, batteries, etc. but just couldn't do so on this trip. This is an ideal holster. It handles the large lense and battery pack quite will. It is large--probably too large for most cameras unless you are carrying a long lense, but good if you need some additional room for a few accessories. Very well made.
