Comments about Vanguard Abeo 323AT Tripod (Legs Only):

I am not a profesional and can not replace my camera body or most of my lenses, or have more than one piece of the same equipment. I wanted a tripod that was more than what I needed. It is a solid unit that can do it all, from the leg angles, to the under camera mount there is nothing more to want.
It is heavy but I am not backpacking into the wild with it and would rather it be heavy and do its job than light and fail.
I love the quick release/on. It takes a little to get used to but I have no doubt when it is attached it is not going anywhere.
I feel for someone who is on a budget and can't afford to replace equipment this is the tripod for you.

Comments about Vanguard Abeo 323AT Tripod (Legs Only):

I shopped for a full month for a tripod that met my needs and was affordable. I decided on this product and I am not disappointed. This item is strong and sturdy. It feels solid yet isn't too heavy. It is extremely versatile with a shaft that can be removed and mounted upside down for macro work. The legs adjust easily. It extends to the advertised height; I am 6'1" and like to stand straight up when I shoot, and especially with astrophotography I am able to do so. I also purchased a ball head, a pan tilt head and a shoulder strap. I am pleased with all of these products. I really feel this is a lot of "bang for your buck". Comparable brands could run double for what this tripod offers.
